I know most of you folks don’t approve of Party Gaming but if a “Big Las Vegas Casino” had to buy them out then what?

Would this be good for the future of online casino & poker gaming in the USA? The way I see it is if a sale does go through, the Las Vegas boys can put more pressure on Lobbyists in Washington to try and get this ban on casino / poker banking transactions lifted or altered so that it would be beneficial to potential players in the USA.

    Just a thought… :3eyes:

Some time ago Party was talking to the DOJ and no one could figure out why.

Now we can assume it was to check out the legalities pertaining to a sale to one of the Vegas groups.

I know opinions about this vary widely, but if you are pro regulation, this is a good thing.

If you prefer the grey area, it isn’t as it will bring the industry closer to regulation.

I think they may have been taken out of context, or Mitch may have just been saying it tongue in check. Party’s Q3 KPI’s are coming out shortly and maybe he was stoking the fire a little.
