The story:
I made a deposit at First Web Casino lately with paysafecard and was able to cash out a little about it. Like at every microgaming casino…there´s an option at the banking section to set up your preferred payment method. So did I and chose Neteller.
Yesterday I received a statement from them, my payment will be sent by check. I never requested a check because it is no payment option for me in my country. There are high fees and regulations with foreign checks…so it is much trouble with checks.
I have almost lost funds years ago because they have sent a withdrawal into a locked click2pay account because they ignored my wish to be paid into Neteller. So you maybe understand that I´m not happy with the whole issue.
I contacted the casino support about this and received no reply. As being a brightshare affiliate for years too, I feel responsible for my visitors and thought it would be nice to contact them about my concerns too…well…no reply either.
I´m posting this now here at CAP with the hope of a response from anyone because I don´t like to advertise a Casino that is dealing with its customers that way.
P.S.: I never experienced those problems with any other Jackpot Factory Casino.
November 29, 2007 at 6:36 pm #755236AnonymousInactiveAll Jackpots did that to me too
requested neteller and they paid to Moneybookers
which is just not good
due moneybookers has a 90 days transfer limit
means if i reach that limit due a big cashout
i cannot do anything with my funds in moneybookers.
i can just wait until my transfer limit is ok again.
Means i would also not be able to deposit anything of my winnings back to All Jackpots.
This happend 2 times to me, and now if i wanna gamble i stick with those casinos where i am sure to get my withdrawals it to neteller .Well i did make deps at All jackpots with Neteller and Moneybookers
Dont know, maybe Casinos are saving fees if they send your cashout back to that option you did deposit more with? But please then you should really take note about the moneybookers 90 days limit.
I have a limit now of 16K for 90 days
so a few casino cashouts, and the other stuff i need my moneybookers and i am done.
then i cant even withdraw that moneybookers money to my bank or anything.
It just sits there and i have to wait.
Might be some more players did experience this and are not happy with that.regards

Marcia?
Please respond to this issue and make this known to those who can change these matters as you are quickly becoming my best aff program.
that said….. and also said….. I’ve never heard of a problem with your casinos…. so this needs to be addressed and as I’m sure my peers agree…. you need to bring this issue to those in power that can make the necessary changes to make your casinos continue in same quality fashion they have achieved over the years.
I hope my post is taken in the constructive manner it was meant. I’m on your side ….. but part of being on your side is seeing to it that your quality reputation is not tainted ….. I hope you understand.

December 2, 2007 at 10:21 am #755381AnonymousInactiveSorry for the delay in my response – our weekend is, in fact, Friday and Saturday – I must have just missed your post on Thursday. Vegasguy.
I can look into specific cases of payment problems with the Casino Support manager, but only if I have casino account numbers.
But in general, I can refer you to the First Web (and all Jackpot Factory Casinos) Withdrawal Policy at:
http://www.firstwebcasino.com/withdrawals.php
“Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday, following a 24-hour pending state. When you make a withdrawal, it will be paid to the method with which you last made a deposit. Exceptions to this are when using MasterCard, UseMyBank, Ukash or PaySafeCard – with these methods, a withdrawal will only be sent by cheque.”This seems to be the case for both of you, Vegasguy and Bonus Paradise.
If not, and you’d like me to check further, please email me your casino account numbers to [email protected]
Hope this helps….
MarciaDecember 2, 2007 at 11:29 am #755384AnonymousInactivethanks for your reply Marcia
so i better not deposit with moneybookers anymore, lolfact is on my 2nd cashout there at All Jackpots
my last deposit was made with Neteller, and they paid me still to moneybookers.
so this seems then to be not always so……“Withdrawals are processed Monday through Friday, following a 24-hour pending state. When you make a withdrawal, it will be paid to the method with which you last made a deposit. Exceptions to this are when using MasterCard, UseMyBank, Ukash or PaySafeCard – with these methods, a withdrawal will only be sent by cheque.”
Should i make a deposit there again, i will use neteller
and if they then again pay me to moneybookers, i will contact the cashier to clear that.December 2, 2007 at 12:48 pm #755390AnonymousInactiveHi Bonus Paradise,
If DataCash has made an error, our Casino Support Manager will try to rectify it. But again….. I’d need an account number for her to follow-up on.
Let me know,
MarciaDecember 2, 2007 at 1:30 pm #755392AnonymousInactiveThanks for your reply marcia. Yes, I did deposit with paysafecard and I know now it´s stated in the terms to send check on deposits from it. So I guess there´s nothing you can do for me.
My intention to post this thread is, this rule is not comfortable for some players, and First Web Casino seems to be the onliest casino that follows that rule strictly.
I wish there would be more flexibility. If you offering the players to have a choice what payment method they prefer, you should respect the players wish. If not, this is misleading.
I would not have deposited with paysafecard, if I ever had known that I´m only able to cashout with check. And like I said before, I never had a problem to be paid into Neteller after a paysafecard deposit at any other casino, including the other jackpot factory casinos.
When you make a withdrawal, it will be paid to the method with which you last made a deposit.
I have lost funds years ago because I deposited at It was at First Web Casino with neteller last and the withdrawal was sent into a locked click2pay account that I have used earlier before.
December 4, 2007 at 3:23 pm #755591AnonymousInactiveI asked the Jackpot Factory manager for an explanation of this issue, and received the following:
“I would like to respond to the issue of sending a check instead of the requested payment option. Basically, this is done to help prevent fraud. It happens (all too often, unfortunately) that players will deposit with a stolen credit card and then request a withdrawal via a web wallet. If we credit the credit card there is no real option for fraud. In cases where that isn’t possible, we will pay a withdrawal with a check, as that too is more secure since we must verify details.“Understandably, it is misleading to request players’ preferred payment method for withdrawal and then choose another method for them. We are going to rectify this process within the withdrawal stages.”
Hope this helps,
MarciaDecember 4, 2007 at 6:27 pm #755607AnonymousGuestHi all,
very nice Marcia …. and very professional. I understand the thinking behind the methods used …. and can only say I agree with what was written by JP’s angle.
By sending payments via check ….. you are all but certain the money lands on the hands of those owning the accounts. So I think JP’s heart was in the right place … they just need to explain things in their banking details a bit more …. detailed….. for lack of better words.
December 5, 2007 at 1:55 pm #755693AnonymousInactiveYes, the Jackpot Factory manager indicated that they will be clarifying this is in their withdrawal procedure.
Thanks for pointing this issue out to us….
Marcia
