My actual commission was $630.02, how come I’m short?

Can we get the rest of this payment cleared up please.

    My affiliate ID is: “dallasmisty”

I have a screen shot if needed.

    Thanks,

Well…. I received the email, but I’m not pleased.

I guess fraud is fraud. But one would think you would notice this and remove the figures from the stats rather than happen to find out when payments are being made.

We’ll have to see how this month goes as far as earnings.

Here’s the thing that bus the hell out of me.

    Deposit are $9,828.15

    Revenue is: $2,100.09

I guess that $7728.06 is the fraud?

But the revenue of $2100.09 generated must be from the other players isn’t it? or are you saying JackPotJoy accepted around $8,000 before noticing somewthing strange.

Where does a $226 payment come from?

    Hi dalster44,

Please refer to your affiiate account for full details on the Revenue generated as a result of your referrals. With the player ID provided to you, you will be able to view the revenue generated for this particular fraudulent player.

Deposits should not be used as a calculation of affiliate earnings for the month. Revenue displays the (amount wagered, not just deposited) bets vs wins.

To view these details, I would suggest that you run an Account report for the month of February from your affiliate account. This will then display the amounts that were wagered (revenue) and the total commission earned for each player.

We do understand your frustration in this matter, however as detailed in my coresspondence this player “deposited by this player id using two separate credit cards that were not listed to their name”.

Should you have any further questions do let us know.
    Thanks

Okay, I see the difference in payment from that player, which makes up the payment shortage I asked about.

BUT, now I have a player in Feb that deposits $6,515.36 and loses $578..06

Now the same player shows a deposit for March of $702.56 and to date has lost $467.33

My question is why would he/she deposit $702.56 ?

What happened to the the other $6,000 from Feb. (Should have originally said Feb. NOT March)

    Thanks again,

    dalster44

    Hi dalster44,

In regards to the amount which a player decides to deposit or wager. This is not a question we can answer for you.

The player could have very well deposited this amount, wagered some of his deposited amount and re-deposited.

To let you know currently we have a 10% cashback promotion, in which the player receives cashback on losses, this promotion in on only for this month and has been quite popular.

Should you have have any other questions or comments do let us know.

Well, strange it is, but I’ll wait for the end of the month and see what unfolds with the player, but to me its looks VERY, VERY strange a player has a $6000 bankroll and deposits more.

To me something seems very wrong.

look at my stats. What I don’t understand is that dalster44’s stats seem to show but one of the affiliate manager from income access told me that my stats are being delayed or they are having problems. What is this? If my stats are not working, then shouldn’t everyone’s stats freeze? This was recorded for 3 month since Jan, 2006. As you can see, I have 2 active players also. Please update my stats.

    Hi Scandle5,

The stats issue that you are mentioning is for Ultimate Bet.

Dalster and I were actually discussing their stats for Jackpotjoy. These are two different properties.

I suggest that should you have any queries or comments regarding your stats for Ultimate Bet that you direct those to [email protected]

    Thanks

    Hi Scandle5,

I just sent you a PM regarding why you’re not seeing revenue for those two referred players. If you have any further questions, you can send me a PM or send an email to [email protected] anytime.

    Thanks,
