The WagerShare team is proud to announce that it and all other aspects of The Palace Group (operators of some of the Internet’s most popular gaming properties including Spin Palace, Ruby Fortune, Mummy’s Gold Casino, Piggs Casino, Jackpots In A Flash, Spin Palace Poker and Poker333) have come to an agreement for Fairground Gaming to acquire all its operations.
Fairground Gaming was formed with the specific purpose of taking advantage of expected consolidation within the online gaming sector, and was floated on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange in October 2005. Fairground Gaming enjoys the financial backing of shareholders drawn from leading institutions, players within the gaming industry and private client firms. The intention is to create a vehicle through which vendors will be positioned for the “next phase” of industry development – one which will demand scale, brand recognition and transparency.
We would like to take this opportunity to assure affiliates that nothing will change in the relationship between ourselves and our affiliates. All levels of management will remain in place at WagerShare, so for all areas of the company it’s business as usual.
WagerShare is very excited to be a part of Fairground Gaming. The experience they bring with them in both the gaming and financial marketplaces further cements WagerShare’s extremely strong position in the industry as it continues to consolidate.
