Without me having to read the full thread, what’s the dealio? Are they closing EVERYBODYS accounts? or just ones they don’t like anymore?
May 7, 2012 at 7:42 pm #824236shilpzMemberin this thread there are no answer to this question, but it seems they close many accounts, may be they want to see how people will eat this and than decide to close others or not
May 10, 2012 at 5:01 pm #824322roma55MemberHere’s a statement from bet-at-home regarding their involvement (or lack thereof) in the situation:
bet-at-home.com is part of the French BetClic Everest Group, a leading European pioneeer in the
sector of online gaming and sports betting. The group has a unique portfolio comprising four diverse,
international and complementary independent brands: bet-at-home.com, Everest Gaming, Betclic and
Expekt. bet-at-home.com benefits from a combined network that exchanges know-how and profits
from synergie effects. The enterprise is listed on the stock exchange in Frankfurt/Xetra and Vienna; 56
per cent of shares are owned by the BetClic Everest Group, 20 per cent by the two company founders
and 24 per cent of the share capital has been released to the open market.Since every one of the four companies operates absolutely autonomous, various changes on behalf of
Expekt do not concern bet-at-home.com nor have any impacts on our affiliate program. Our program
is running excellent for about 10 years, so bet-at-home.com will not close it in the future. Rather, we
are willing to increase the number of partners. Our ambition is to run a trustworthy program that is
totally transparent for all our partners. At bet-at-home.com, the company offers exciting entertainment: the diverse and wide-reaching offer
includes sports betting, casino games, poker and games. With 2.7 million registered customers from
all over the globe, bet-at-home.com is one of the most popular bookmakers on the continent. bet-
at-home.com was founded in Wels/Austria in 1999 by Jochen ****inger and Franz Ömer and today
employs around 200 employees with subsidiaries in Germany, Austria, Malta and Gibraltar. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further questions.

May 11, 2012 at 2:45 pm #824348roma55MemberAlso a statement of reassurance from Everest regarding their independence from Expekt:
“On behalf of Everest Affiliates, I would like to clarify that our affiliate program operates independently from those of other companies in the Betclic-Everest group and will not be impacted by any potential changes.
We are committed to continue to operate Everest Affiliates with the same high standards as we have been doing for many years.

Either way, their actions are moronic.
Until they commit to reopening all accounts, everyone should STOP sending them any traffic
(it’s not like you could rely upon getting paid anyway)May 19, 2012 at 6:03 pm #824551AnonymousInactiveI met this message when I logged in at Expekt Affiliates today:
Quote:Dear Affiliate,In the continuous effort to ensure the competitiveness and sustainability of Expekt’s affiliate program, we’d like to inform you that we are currently revamping our offer with new state of the art features, new products for affiliates to promote and, at the same time, making sure that our terms and conditions are respected and applied in all markets. Our current actions are meant to make our program up to the market standards, tighten up on affiliate abuse, which unfortunately was contaminating our program, and restricting sources of bad quality traffic.
Thus we are introducing measures to effectively enforce our terms and conditions and, in particular, those which relate to the revenue transferred from month to month and product account consolidation. As you might be aware, Clause 6.3 of Expekt’s Standard Terms and Conditions states that payments each month are subject to a minimum threshold of €50. Accordingly, cumulative revenue which is earned across all Expekt products in any month, and which is below the minimum threshold (including Negative Net Revenue), shall be carried over to the following month and shall be payable when it collectively exceeds the Minimum Threshold. As the competitive landscape toughens and markets become regulated, it becomes fundamental to introduce these improvements to ensure the integrity and continuity of the program. Managing a program a decade old, Expekt is confident to continue providing an excellent support to its’ affiliates and to continue deserving the trust that has been deposited upon us.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any additional questions.
Best regards,
Your Affiliate TeamSo the problem isn’t new affiliate software, closing of affiliate program etc. (or perhaps the Everest Betclick Group actually did listen to their affiliates in all subsidiaries…).
Unfortunately, the problem isn’t solved for the affiliates whose accounts are closed on alleged fraud, but it is a bit more tricky. If only Expekt would be a little more transparent about this, maybe a third party like CAP could liaise and perhaps look at the evidence??
May 25, 2012 at 12:26 pm #824782shilpzMemberso they offer me to transfer players to new account (this is possible – who doubted!),
to stop forum posting and continue to work like nothing happens.i told that they try to still from my pocket and now must give some compensation.
in reply get old story: my players winning a lot but we can begin to work again.it looks they very stupid, i think every experienced affiliate know that negative balance comes positive for sure.
besides my was positive every month, and i was paid. so than they talk my players win they lie.there is email from them:
Affiliate manager – Olga, send me an information regarding your account. I have analyze your account and unfortunately players acquired from 01.2011 until yesterday in total bring a huge loss ( over 10.000€ ).
Because we are about to launch new systems at Expekt.com, unfortunately we are not able to transfer your clients into new system and your current account has to be closed. Anyway there is no point to do that, as players bring loss, so either we or you we don’t earn anything. We are both on the same boat, if we are earning money, you are earning money with us too, as simply as that. Taking special circumstances and our long history of cooperation we are willing to open a new account for you on revenue share basis and share 25% of income with you. We are very close to launch new features on site which I’m sure will be very attractive to new customers, but we need to check what players do, plenty of them is trying to do arbitrage, abuse our bonuses, systems etc… This is not good for us and this is not legal, also what is very important this is not good for you, as these players are ruin your hard work.
I hope together with Olga you will be able to establish a nice cooperation for both sides for a long period of time. Olga has plenty of ideas and knowledge of what to do to bring you and us income, she will help you with advertising materials and special promotions, also she will try to stop people who want to do a fraud and not play like plenty of people do.
Both we are here to do fair, proper business and I hope for your understanding and cooperation.
Best regards, Marcin

They consider 10,000 a huge loss??
In many other programs I often see 1000 loss from a single player in 1 day.
Surely they understand they have the House Edge and can’t lose, they just need to wait for it to turn around. Unless of course it’s a case of organized bonus abusers, but in this case they haven’t made any claim of that, they just seem to dislike the fact you had some lucky players. It’s bound to happen, everybody’s going to have a streak of winners eventually!
If they’re not willing to accept a few losses, maybe they should just exit the market completely… No, of course they understand they have the House Edge and any losses are temporary, they just want to take advantage of affiliates.
:cuss:May 30, 2012 at 11:37 am #824972shilpzMemberu tell absolutelly right things but they are 100% liers,
because my account was every month positive and i knew about “loses” only with begining of posting here and other forums about account closing and players stealing.
if they told about loses (=players winning) then it looks that their stealing is like good thing for me ))May 30, 2012 at 4:47 pm #824983bosshoggsMemberPlease note that the CAP Team has been actively trying to get in touch with Expekt for quite some time, but still, no response.
We have been able to gather the following info as somewhat of an update for your review:
Expekt Affiliate Update
In the mean time, we appreciate our community members posting on this thread with any updates to keep all in the loop.If anything else is uncovered, we will be sure to keep all updated!

What are Expekt thinking? If they are unable to transfer players to the new system, it should not have been launched in the first place. If they then decide to remove players from an affiliate account without asking for confirmation by the affiliate, it is illegal and outrightly crooked.
I considered promoting Expekt a couple years ago. They have been a very decent gaming company for a longer period but I will certainly not touch or recommend them to customers anymore after all the recent reports.
June 6, 2012 at 4:16 pm #825196bosshoggsMemberMore and more is coming out regarding the Expekt Program. Just a head’s up… it is confirmed that Expekt has removed the “No Negative Carryover” Clause from their terms.
More Details Here
As always, if anyone in the community continues to get additional updates on Expekt, please either post in this thread or PM me.June 9, 2012 at 3:42 pm #825301CaptainetteMemberThey must have a good amount of existing players to cause all this bogus. If they do not even bother answering emails from CAP, their common reputation must not mean a lot to them anymore.
