Hi, I worked with Expekt affiliates now for around 4 years (or even more) and I bring a lot pof traffic during this time. I received a notive that they are going to close my account because they are switching to new affiliate software so they have to close old accounts. after I asked about existing customers, they told me i will lose them definitely WITHOUT ANY PAYMENT. WTF???
March 25, 2012 at 4:46 pm #822799shilpzMemberi think this is real scam and expekt is cheater
many others changes affiliate software before but there was no one who find this as the reason to refuse payments.
sure they must to pay for traffic was send.
so lets think how to teach them it could be hard for one but together we can win.
lets talk about ideas how to do this, my is:
1) press release on top news sites like reauters
2) take the matter to court
3) write to those who give them licences to make investigation on this case
i’m ready to invest money to punish them.
others need to see it is bad to cheat with affiliates
in other way they will all change softwareMarch 26, 2012 at 3:51 pm #822816bosshoggsMemberThanks for the update, DiverF1.
Please keep us posted with any updates that you come across.

Are they only closing your account or are they closing all affiliate accounts?
Both things are bad of course!
March 27, 2012 at 6:47 am #822847shilpzMemberthey said close all
March 27, 2012 at 8:20 am #822848gamblerooMemberI heard they’ve sacked a few people lately – the company had such a good reputation and they are terrible now
March 27, 2012 at 8:34 am #822850misswiggMemberChanging software is no reason to close accounts!

sure it is their problem.
when i send players on RS basis theare no way to close my account without compensation.and their software now is Netreffer – many use and from my side it is very good.
so changing software is only to find reason for closing accounts without payments.i think want to take millions need to pay for affiliates.
but how stupid they are now millions and tomorrow nothing …March 27, 2012 at 2:44 pm #822855sof81Member@DiverF1 237709 wrote:

sure but it was in Russian.
May 3, 2012 at 7:58 pm #824116shilpzMemberso today i try to login at affiliates.expekt.com and see “Your account is currently inactive”
i think people need to know about all of their brands: expekt, Bet-At-Home, BetClic, everest poker, Casino Lux, Casino Glamour, Imperial Casino, Casino Elegance, Casino Fantasy, Casino Treasure
some of them continue to work and offer me partnership like nothing happens with expekt, told that they are 100% honest and this is not the problem they have same owners with expekt, only full can trust any of them now, imho
May 14, 2012 at 5:34 pm #824427shilpzMemberi got new email from them.
it looks like there was no email about closing all acoounts because of changing affiliate software.
so they inform me that my account will be closed because my players winning.
but my account was positive every month in last year.
so they allege i earn comission from winning players.
how it is possible, lol?May 14, 2012 at 6:02 pm #824429AnonymousInactiveI am beginning to think that they are not closing all affiliate accounts – only a few accounts that are accused of fraud. I think they have experienced a lot of that – not saying that you, DiverF1, has done anything.
I understand why they have been reluctant to take that discussion in the public.
June 2, 2012 at 12:21 pm #825046BeinualpanualMemberMy account was closed for a year under investigation, then it got reopened this january and not one email have i gotten responses to, and now the payments for the last two months are not registered as on hold or being payed. Does anyone have a contact with a swedish or english expect person who actually responds to emails?
June 4, 2012 at 3:08 pm #825083CaptainetteMemberIf all affiliate accounts they recently closed referred “fraudulent players”, Expekt could easily explain this. However, they obviously ignore allmost all inquiries, which makes this case pretty obvious.
