Hi Mardoka,
I am sorry to hear that. I have contacted Silvia from Expekt and she should be responding to this thread shortly. Could you please PM me your contact details and perhaps I can put you into contact directly with her? This way we can get this resolved ASAP.
Best Regards,
YvetteJuly 8, 2009 at 6:33 pm #801828SkillGroundMemberHi Mardoka,
I am Silvia, Affiliate Marketing Manager with Expekt.com.
At first please accept our apolgies for the inconvenience you had. I checked your details and identified that the payments were not released hence payout requirements according to our T&C’s. I confirmed these payments today and you will receive the commission with this months earnings. Details will be sent to your private email address.
However we should have come back to you on that after you emailed us. I got in contact with our Country Manager who takes care of you and he will come back to you with further details in an email.
I will give you a call tomorrow. Please let me know when it is most convenient for you.
Best regards
Silvia Hoppe

:flamer: wow, nothing like opening up your first post with a good flame. Seriously, was this necessary? As you can see these guys have responded instantly, you probably just had an out of date email.
Hope you get your money soon.

September 8, 2009 at 9:40 pm #803877SkillGroundMemberHi DcBonus, I am Silvia, Affiliate Marketing Manager with Expekt.com. I am since 1,5 years with Expekt and unfortunately I am not into the subject what happend few years ago. I just know that Expekt has since 01st January 2007 the expiring date for players removed. Before players had a validity of 1 year for an affiliate, since Jan 2007 the players will remain with you forever! I am heading to Budapest now, hope to see you there at our Opening Party on 10th September. When I am back I will seek for further information about the policy before 2007. Please feel free to pm me!
Cheers

September 9, 2009 at 2:33 am #803880AnonymousInactiveMost programs map the players over when they change programs around and even when they change gaming software so I would think that should be the case here as well. Looking forward to the results.
