I know it is not casino related, but I need to vent somewhere..
The exchange rate SUCKS !!!!!!!
Earning in USD is really bad for Europeans at the moment..
€1 = $1.36 today and after speaking with the bank and advisors there, they are expecting it to go up to $1.50…So depressing when you check your stats and realise that the amount there is not what you will be getting..
Ok.. now I have moaned enough…
Hope the Dollar picks up next year.
December 30, 2004 at 4:19 pm #659507AnonymousInactiveThe dollar is falling so fast the IMF and U.N. have put out warnings. If it falls too much more it could have devestating effects on world economics.

December 30, 2004 at 11:04 pm #659525AnonymousInactiveHey Bernie!
you have no idea how much I smiled when I saw that YOU were the one that actually responded..
Good to see that you are still around! That really makes me happy!
When are you going to be at a conference so that I can buy you a drink?

January 1, 2005 at 4:17 pm #659585AnonymousInactiveHeyKev,
Yup! still here… You can read my latest adventure in this section
I’m gonna try to make it to a conference soon! You can bet it’s gonna be the Amsterdam sessions…. I don’t know if I’m gonna make it this year though because you have to be registered by Feb. 11… Maybe, though!
Cheers
January 2, 2005 at 12:16 am #659606AnonymousInactiveAs Ellen said, at least we still get a bit more than the stats show but to see the AUD/US rate change about 30% for the worse, as it did a couple of years back wasn’t pleasant.
Ah, back to the good old days when the amount would double when it went into the bank account. Of course anything we wanted to buy that came from the US or anywhere overseas cost a sh!tload more as well.
January 2, 2005 at 12:25 am #659607AnonymousInactiveIt will have a huge input on the world economics if things not get better.
