I am thinking of selling my football picks website and wanted to get some advice as to how to value it.
The site has three source of revenue
1.)PPC ads
2.)Affiliate Ads
3.)Monthly Advertisers.Traffic is high during football and tapers off during the summer.
We have had 94,000 visitors and 148,000 page views since we started.
I anticipate revenue of 4-5k this football season.
The reason I am considering a sale is two fold. First, I think I have taken this as far as I can go from a technical perspective. I like to write but I don’t know how to market. Second, is that I am looking to start a non-sports related website and would not be able to fully devout myself to both projects.
Any input would be appreciated.
