No sure if epassporte will be of help for this industry.
I was told by an affiliate manager that epassporte would “work” with them, maybe that means increased limits and all…. I would imagine it’s all in the works and will take a few days to settle all the details?
February 6, 2007 at 7:39 am #726161Guide2casinoMemberThe part I like about epassporte is that it is a virtual visa, meaning you can use it anywhere that takes visa (including poker rooms and casino’s) … even if they don’t take epassporte directly

I’m not seeing any limits on withdrawing from a poker site to Epass, or from Epass back to my bank account.
If there is no limit on what I can transfer from Poker Site > Epass, and then no limit on Epass > US Bank, then it works perfectly for me. I don’t plan on using Epass to buy stuff, and I don’t deposit to poker sites.. all I do is withdraw.
Correct me, if you can find withdrawal limits as opposed to purchase and ATM limits. Maybe I’m blind…
February 7, 2007 at 1:04 am #726317AnonymousInactiveWell they speak about visa and visa virtual account. Both have a limit of $1000.
I don’t know for sure what they mean with that but it seems like you can’t wire more than $1000 per day.

Actually it appears the normal limit is $500 but you can have your status upgraded to select and get a $1000 limit. That limit is a per transaction limit. I think you can do up to 10 transactions a day so that would be 10,000 a day for the virtual account. You also get up to 5 per day on the visa account. This is of course for the personal account. I think the business account has no limits.
February 7, 2007 at 1:24 am #726324AnonymousInactiveDaily Maximum Load Limit US$500.00
Daily Maximum Single Cash Transaction Amount US$500.00
Daily Maximum Number of Transactions 10
Daily Maximum Number of Loads 5Visa Card
Daily Maximum ATM Cash Withdrawal Amount US$300.00
Daily Maximum Single Cash Transaction Amount US$500.00
Daily Maximum Number of ATM Transactions 5
Daily Maximum Number of Transactions 10What i do not like is the max single cash transaction , does it mean only 500 can be transferred by ach to your bank account.
+ the visa card costs 35$ no big deal but there fees are also high , guess we have no choice , but i signed up for them last week and still waiting for my 2 small verification deposits
February 7, 2007 at 1:42 am #726332AnonymousInactiveVisa Card
Daily Maximum Single Cash Transaction Amount US$500.00
This is the limit for personal purchases in stores with the Visacard.
IMO is not related with bank accounts.Daily Maximum Number of ATM Transactions 5 (but not in excess of $300)
Daily Maximum Number of Transactions 10 (but not in excess of $500)
It is not 5 x $300 or 10 x $500I don’t know about the bank transference limits
February 7, 2007 at 6:53 pm #726440AnonymousInactiveI signed up for ePassporte on Jan. 31, and this morning (Feb. 7) I received two small verification deposits in my personal bank account. I logged in to my ePassporte account and submitted the value of the two amounts. Success! Now I can withdraw funds from ePass to my personal bank account, I can do peer to peer transfers, and I can receive funds from merchants. It took 1 week to get this going.
Worth noting — each withdrawal costs $2.00. (With EcoCard, I believe it costs $10.00 per transfer. I am still not verified with EcoCard; I’ll post when that happens). Peer to peer transfers cost $0.25 per transfer for the first 5 in one day, and $1.00 per transfer for each transfer after that (on the same day).
About withdrawal time — I transferred $60 from my credit card to my ePassporte account (paid a $5.00 fee to do that), and then I initiated a withdrawal of $20 from ePassporte to my bank account ($2.00 fee for this). Money should be in my account within 5 days — I will post here when it actually arrives.
February 9, 2007 at 3:30 am #726639AnonymousInactiveI was told this today by Henry of Vegas Affiliates
We won’t be offering ePassporte as they no longer open business accounts for gambling companies
I was considering using this as I did open an account and today got the micro deposit so my account is NOW functional but I guess not Functional enoughsneaky2.gi

I initiated the withdrawal on Feb. 7, and it arrived on Feb 14. It takes 7 days, just like EcoCard.
February 15, 2007 at 3:23 pm #727426AnonymousInactivehm, I know that CasinoVega makes payments through ePassporte, they are going to send me comissions and PearlGaming opened me an ePassporte account free (it opens free for all affiliates) and sent me a Visa card but I haven’t yet received it.
I’ve already received my comissions to my ePassporte virtual account. But I’m not in US.February 15, 2007 at 4:00 pm #727433AnonymousInactiveEngineer wrote:My ePassporte withdrawal came through last night. :bigsmile:I initiated the withdrawal on Feb. 7, and it arrived on Feb 14. Subject : Important News – EpassporteAs of Friday February 23rd Epassporte closed our account.
Since Epassporte took this action we have been locked out of our Merchant Account which means SBN cannot access funds which they are holding.
Epassporte have been telling our players that deposits made through them on February 23rd have been accepted by SBN and that we have their money, this we cannot verify because we are locked out of our account. Epassporte are also telling players that we still have an account with them, this is incorrect, our account was closed by Epassporte because we offer online bingo games, and their policy changed to where they will no longer accept online bingo merchants.
We are in contact with Epassporte as to why our account has been locked, as soon as we are given access to our account we will be able to verify if any funds have flowed into our account after midday of Friday 23rd. If there those monies will be credited to the appropriate player account.
We are deeply sorry that this has happened; the situation was not of our making and is totally out of our hands. SBN will keep you updated as this situation develops.
Best Regards James CEO -
