Hi Guys,

Please advise what is happening with your licensing in regard to the EEC.

1. Are you moving from Kahnawake or buying a secondary license for the UK.

2. Do you know if Kahnawake has been approved by the EEC.

3. Will any change eventuate by September 1st.

Needless to say, this is urgent – otherwise all your EU and UK affiliates will have to take you down.

Hi ntaus8,

Thanks for the questions regarding our client’s status and the new UK regulation:

The owners of the Jackpot Factory Group – SquareIT – are in the process of applying for a license in Malta.

In parallel, the Kahnawake Gaming Commission has applied to be white-listed by the EEC.

We hope that at least one of these two activities will be completed within the next 6-8 weeks.

Regarding your continuing to promote our client’s casinos in compliance with the new UK law and regulations:

1. If your site is not a co.uk or other specific UK site (for example org.uk) there is NO need to remove our casinos as you’re not specifically targeting UK players.

2. Regarding a co.uk site or a British flag page on any other domain, the decision is up to you, and we cannot advise you how to act.

3. Your country of residence is not an issue.

Hope this clears up the Jackpot Factory position visavis the new UK regulations.
