Can CPS provide some info on the removal of the eCOGRA endorsement?
February 15, 2008 at 3:36 pm #760949AnonymousInactiveI just read the eCOGRA email and wanted more information also.
February 18, 2008 at 6:49 pm #761181AnonymousInactiveAnyone from CPS care to comment?
February 19, 2008 at 4:10 pm #761252AnonymousInactiveI’m amazed that CPS haven’t commented on this.
February 19, 2008 at 4:26 pm #761258AnonymousInactiveI don’t think that Jon knows.
This is at the operator level.
February 19, 2008 at 4:55 pm #761263AnonymousInactiveThis is being looked into — that’s all I can say.
February 19, 2008 at 5:42 pm #761273LucretiaMemberI would be very disappointed if this lead to problems for customers and affiliates.
on 10-2 the seal was on ecogra so it must have happened early this week.
I like the instant payment for players so I wanted to give them more exposure.
I hope it will be corrected without any harm to the program or casinos.
A good reputation is very important these days.
Wish them all the best in solving it quickly.

February 19, 2008 at 11:04 pm #761302greggyMemberHi All
Please accept our apologies for the delay in our response regarding this matter.
We have been in discussions with eCogra and these purely administrative issues will be resolved shortly.
We had delayed posting as we thought this would have been resolved in 24hrs, but as I am sure most of you know these kind of things tend to take longer than you would expect.
In no way has our honesty, integrity or customer service been questioned and our reputation speaks for itself!
We are expecting our eCogra seals will be reinstated very soon, but in the meantime it is business as usual.
Thank you for all the messages of support recently from a lot of well respected affiliates in the industry. (You know who you are! )
Best Regards
Jon

What will happen to the casinos? Will they be closed for good, or will some other group buy them? Will players be paid? Will affiliates?

Well, it will be interesting to see if micro will make sure all get paid.
Here’s hoping to that. They may actually continue the casinos.
They have a good rep for paying up.
February 28, 2008 at 12:24 am #762025AnonymousInactiveDamn shame doubtful they are keeping the casinos up, I had a semi private tourney going and the code is showing with the tourney shut down
I hope my players are going to be taken care of that comes first with me over any affiliate earnings so Jon if your reading please get in touch about that.
Sorry this has happened to such a great group what a shame.
