    I received an email from EcoCard today….

    Dear Client,

    We would like to advise that your new request for withdrawal (User Name xxxxx) has been received.
    However in accordance with our internal rules and policies as well as anti-money laundering procedures we need to confirm that EcoCard Holder is the holder of the bank account and true beneficiary of the funds. In order to do we kindly ask you to provide a proof of your identity (a copy of your valid international Passport, international Identity Card or Driver’s License).

    The provided copy must clearly show the following information:
    – name and number of the document
    – your first and last name
    – your date of birth
    – date of issue
    – date of expiry

    You may scan your valid ID with photo and send by email to [email protected] or fax to +44 870 763 0188.
    Any information that you provide to us will be used only for internal needs.
