Hi Everyone,
I really must apologize for the lateness of EcoCard affiliate payments. Its been an outright rush – full of problems, to setup new merchant accounts, and to transfer money from our Gaming Merchant to new Merchants and EcoCard. I’m not a 100% on all the reasons why it has taken so long, but I’ve been told it takes time to setup new merchants, and our initial wires to EcoCard bounced back on us due to the bank we had operated with, was scrutinizing our Gaming Merchants and its out going transactions (the wires).
I realize this probably comes across as an excuse, but I do ask you to bare with us. I also realize affiliates have to be paid, but I am assuring you that your money is safe, and you will be paid.
I also apologise for the lack of responce in communicating this across to you, but I have waited on information before announcing them, as the dates have been continously changing.
I spoke to the operator of the casinos last night, he is fully aware of the situation and we are moving the process as quickly as possible. The operator has informed me, that the wires have reached their destination, and he is waiting for them to clear. Once cleared affiliate payments will be processed.
He mentioned that they should be paid today, although I am still waiting for the accounts department to process the EcoCard affiliate payments.
I have been continuously checking the status of affiliate payments, it is and has been my number one priority. It obviously makes the Affiliate Program look bad if we don’t pay on our time – but this time round, it has been unavoidable and I do ask that you bare with us.
We are approaching 4 weeks since the affiliate payment should have been made – but I don’t anticipate it to be much longer.
