I wish to avail you of the potential risks to you as a mod / advisor, posters, domain owners (as posters and domain owners may not be one and the same) and last but by no means least, CAP, and what I believe are the sensible ways to manage those risks to deliver a meaningful community for all involved.
I do ask, that before I go into legal risks, that Arjun, Warren, Bob (basically someone within CAP itself) takes a view about me posting some of the areas of concern here or whether they wish to go over some of these matters on the phone.
