Neteller can’t find a solution to pay US citizens
Hi all,
well that raises the question: who made it impossible to do peer to peer?
was this a DOJ action, because I didn’t read about being their doing.
ifnot: then one must assume NETeller is milking the situation IMHO.
I asked this in another thread, but will repeat it again: anybody know the process for closing an account with NETeller?
I was lucky enough to get a peer to peer done under the wire; and now figure I might as well close the account in case their are more complications with the DOJ, that they might not choose to go after anybody already closed and done with. Not too mention my son has an account with them that he never used for gambling. It was just an easy way for me to transfer funds to him for use at college and I very much don’t want him caught up in a mess that he had nothing to do with.
thanks in advance for any advice in this area. I suppose I’ll get around to calling them and asking, its just such a long wait/hassle I thought if anybody knew off-hand, I’d be way ahead of the game to ask here.

February 3, 2007 at 12:36 am #725616AnonymousInactiveIn theory, I shouldn’t be concerned about my NETeller funds – but I am. I’m not sure if NETeller can survive this issue and I don’t want to lose money in my NETeller account if/when they shut up shop.

As we all bitch about how this incompetent has ruined our business and livelihood for our families AND removed our freedoms, let us not forget that he is directly responsible for well over 100,000 deaths (some estimate this to be possibly 6-fold), via creation of a totally unnecessary war. I am ashamed of how he has not only fucked up our country immensely in many ways, but how he has altered the US’s perception throughout the world, taken the lives of many soldiers and innocents, and has abused his authority to truly turn our once-beloved country into a fascist dictatorship.
Hitler, Saddam, Osama, Bush. All synonomous in my book……..

It gets under my skin. Americans want to run away from blame and put everything the country is doing wrong on Bush, however, the US is a democracy and it must be remembered that he was VOTED in by Americans. TWICE!
And if Americans want him out and want changes in the direction of the governemnet. SPEAK UP. More is needed then to rely on the newly empowered Democrats. Infilitrate the system. Rally the small people. DEMAND investigations. Protest in Washington. Write your congressmen and women. Call Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, your radio stations. Demand answers. Gain momentum. Use the internet to get your message out. Question your senators. Get your voice heard and change can occur. That is why America is beautiful.

I am pretty sure that Gore won the popular vote eg he had more individual aka real american votes than did Bush, yet bush got the job.
The second time around there was plenty of vote rigging and other extracurricular activities going on just as there was in the first vote. Dont be so protective of a system which is not the same old “forefather” system any more.
Oh an in case you didnt know, most of those media outlets have direct ties to political agendas. But youre right its all my fucking fault; I alone am to blame not Sam.

The landscape has changed 100 %, and Bush has over-abused his power by leaps and bounds. The full effects of his legacy will still not be felt for many years to come yet. He has destroyed the foundation built by our forefathers, and he has done so for political, economic, and personal benefit. The American people are not the swiftest in the world either, but even given this, only 29 % of America think Bush-league is doing a good job today. It’s hard to fight a dictatorship, with people (DOJ) waiting in the wings to arrest you if breathe in the wrong direction. Wake up and smell the coffee !

On the last years the impression America is given to Europe is very negative. Always trying to control the World with no respect for anyone. Your government said to the World that Iraq had massive destruction weapons and convinced everyone of that. Until now no weapon was found. And in the meantime people has died for nothing and a country was completely destroyed and will not be a country again soon.
The real problem is not with Americans but with the junk you have at the Government and the junk that was at Britain (not for log). I hope real Americans that made that outstanding country can recover control of their OWN PLACE.
I hope Europe can help here, but I doubt that your President ever listens to anyone…
Sometime ago anyone with a different opinion was at most an eccentric, nowadays is a terrorist….
What a world!
February 3, 2007 at 4:55 am #725648AnonymousGuestsome excellent points made by all.
also remember that any time somebody questions GW’s actions, they are all too quick to jump on the movement … for terrorism’s sake.
and that’s just what is known. Its scary to think just how far the current regime’s (I think that may be appropriate wording) would go to silent any group or person if they were deemed too great a threat.
We can sit here and rant but that doesn’t mean our words aren’t reaching ears that could .. if they deemed us any kind of real threat … end up being a rant that got us in a very bad way.
Serious and obviously very dangerous people we are talking about that have ways far beyond just the obvious …… to get rid of any kind of real threats to their agenda.
About 3 months ago I read an article only run by an underground (of sorts) paper here where I’m at that was headlined “Granny terrorist” which was about an old hippie couple that had openly protested against the war and the next thing they knew they had the men in black literally stalking them.
None of the major papers touched this subject but the paper that did run the article provided many eye-witness accounts of these men watching them from afar with high powered lenses … they suspected their phones were tapped. .. all kinds of things which I honestly can’t remember the specifics about but the way my head works, I don’t remember the details. just whether I thought the subject had merit: and I did.
what kind of real terrorist threat are two old people who are protesting war?
Look at the florida situation which decided the election. GW”s brother was gov there.
and many people don’t seem to put 2+2 together .. or they’re afraid to publicly … that poppa B was first head of the CIA for many years .. then vice pres for 8 more … then pres .. and less than .. what was it? like 10 years later his son is in office.
the possibility this has been going on much longer than appears is far from being ludicrous. But nobody in the public eye ever brings any of this up.
as many conspiracy theorists as there are in the states .. doesn’t it ever strike anbody funny that so little is said about these undeniable facts?
Not saying any of the above is true. Just that its a possibility that nobody seems to even want to discuss.
if I’m lucky, this post will self-destruct in 5 min
February 3, 2007 at 5:34 am #725649AnonymousInactiveAs far as Americans not truly voting in Bush, that is BS. If George Bush was truly as unpopular as you say, then the vote would not have been close enough for his brother to rig. I have actually heard some people on this forum say they voted for Bush in the last election (although they regret it now). I have many close friends and family members who are die hard Bush supporters (much to my disbelief). There are writers on my staff who still support Bush. The Rush Limbaugh’s and Sean Hannedy’s of the world are a very large block of America. If you get out of the big cities, and head to the country, where most people are die hard christains, you will find many Americans blindly supporting Bush for his conservativism and religious beliefs. And if you go back to the big cities, most people (my peers) are die hard supporters of Bush because he lowers their taxes. Bush did not get into office because of any other factor other than he was voted in by Americans.
America has suffered some serious damages and losses of freedoms as result of Bush and his cronies being in office, but it is not irreparable damage, it can’t be, because if it is, why the hell are we all still here?
February 3, 2007 at 5:55 am #725652AnonymousInactiveJust to throw my .02 cents in. Popular vote is by population like New York and California – blue states. The reasoning is that you want the smaller states to have a say in the affairs – that’s why we don’t use the popular vote since the bigger states would control the country while the smaller states would basically be there to serve the wishes of the larger states.
As for WMDs, I don’t know why the news media doesn’t mention about the 2 jets that were found buried in the earth or the 500 bombs that were also buried. Maybe, they don’t want the people to know the truth. -
