Hi! Got payment from June but April is still missing. We talked about my Missing April commission with Marten many many times, but i still only got June. :Cry:
Today still no answer and no payment. Anyone else got same problems? Wait now for payments since 3 months! :help:
I have also been waiting many many months for my payments. Can you look into my account also. I had asked ages ago and you said it would be paid, but I am still waiting months later, please PM me when you get a chance.

Still didn’t get payment for 2009-05, 2009-06 and now also 2009-07.
Additionaly payment for 2009-05 was changed to “paid”, money was deducted from my affiliate account, but I didn’t received them.

June says sent and july still open
It would be really nice,if Marten can give us a short update regarding this outstanding payments. I send Marten a pm, hope he will answer soon and help us all !
Hi fellow webmasters,
I have also promoted Unibet and I am also missing payments from 2009-05, 2009-06 and now also 2009-07.
Additionaly payment for 2009-05 was changed to “paid”, not so long ago (maybe a week ago) money was deducted from my affiliate account, but I didn’t received them. 2009-06 was changed to sent and I didnt receive anything to my MoneyBookers account.
Usually this type of transfers while I work with with other affiliate programs are processed in 24-48 hours max. I am now waiting for my payments to be released same as most of you for 2 months. I have sent numerous emails via affiliate admin panel, their main email contacts to Marten, Eric, their finance, support.
Support reply is usually either non responsive or they reply back late.
Most of you already talked about their reply back promises, and they really are just promises for now.
I have already pulled all of marketing tools (and I waited and still promoted them for 2 more months, being a total idiot i guess that I believed they will resolve this issue fast) . I still hope they will prove me wrong and will send the payments they owe, but for now I rate every program that doesnt pay affiliates in time with a 0/10 rate.
I think all of you should do the same so go ahead and remove all of Unibet links.
I also play at their rooom and I didnt have any problems there with depositing or withdrawing.
Only when promoting them as an affiliate. So I guess I will stop playing there as well, as you never know one day you might deposit and the next day when you want to withdraw maybe it will be an issue as we have it now with webmaster payments as well.Stay away for now from Unibet and stay away from ex CPAYS now AFFUTD program
we also tested AFFUTD (PokerRoomSchool) program and they paid us on time for 1 year and then they didnt send us 1 and a half month of payments. (AFFUTD operates some of other brands like William Hill, which big sites promote and we tried as well) but we dropped all their marketing material down as we dont want to promote any single brand from them anymore if they didnt pay us for 1 in full.So dont get fooled if a big review site like PokerListings promotes this brands and think its a good webmaster program because its definetly not.
If I will receive payments from Unibet we will update the information in all forums we posted messages around to webmasters.
@Cardplayer, it’s gamely to post a thread like that and maybe you are right, but i think Marten and Erik got a lot to do and don’t forget, they got over 1000 maybe 2000 affiliates, so if 90% receive their payment and 10% dont get it and every affiliate wrotes them 5 mails regarding the payment they have to handle 300 mails or 600 mails. So they ignore them until all is fixed and give then a statement.

Yes that is very true – but im trying to respond to all the e-mails as soon as i can. We have alot to do and right now my main focus is to solve every single outstanding payment.

Well if there are only two guys at Unibet doing this i guess they should hire a little bit more man power than that. I dont see this being our problem, but theirs.
Look at some other programs and ask yourself why are they replying back fast then ? Is it because they have 2 guys in support team or more ?
Who knows maybe they got a bigger team, and maybe even MArten and Eric are the most active ones while the rest just sit on their elbows.
If you are prepared to wait for your marketing efforts for months go ahead im not forcing you to stop promoting them.
But they will have to convince me again as only with trust we can move forward in making business more profitable to all of us.

The problem is that we have today is that we (me, erik and gustav) doesnt make the payments, we approve them and sort them out. Send them to our payment department who makes them. We’ve just implimented a new system which was supposed to get the speed up to pay you guys and hopefully our July payments will all be paid by mid-week (next week).

Still missing July payment but a message in the affiliate program says they will arrive next week….looks like they finally is starting paying affiliates on time!
Im Happy to hear that everything is solved and hopefully everything will be on time from now on.
