I really hope no one discusses this with VP, I’ve already tried and I am still VERY leary about it. Most of our downloads are poker, only a few to the casino.

December was this:

CASINO CAMPAIGN DOWNLOADS
Total Downloads 47

Total Players 23 1

Total Casino Profit $384
Your % Commission 27%
Your Total Commission $104

And Jan. so far looks like this:
Total Downloads 45

Total Players 12 1

Total Casino Profit $0
Your % Commission 0%
Your Total Commission $0

I did get an email from someone there stating in Dec. we had 2 players playing for money and he sent me a copy of the report, which did only show 2 playing raked hands. Now, we had 23 reals in Dec. and only 2 are playing. So I guess reals are also considered the ones that take the free no deposit $11, then they just don’t deposit. That’s understandable, unlikely in my eyes but I’ll accept it.
My biggest problem was that the first week we were at that $104, it never budged, so I’m assuming that those players played quite often then just stopped. Now we have 45 new downloads and 12 new reals, and nothing in money.
Being a poker player, I know that if I like a place and play for a bit, I usually play often there. Either I try the free money and don’t go back or I deposit and play for a while or consistently.

To me these are the weirdest stats for poker, even given the free $11, the stats just don’t match up close to other rooms. The clickthroughs and downloads are great for the exposure we give them…but the reeling them in and keeping them sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anyone else see this or is just me being paranoid?

IF I had those downloads at any other poker room, we’d be making $1000 a month easy…..

I am doing ok with the casinos. The first few months were exceptional then things quieted down.

With the poker I am consistently NEGATIVE every month. I am going to pull their poker spots, but leave up the casinos.

I never promoted their poker … my zilch results were with their casinos … webmasters beware.

I’m down -$46 this month.

Maybe the smart thing to do is play there rather than promote them. Seems like we would come out ahead!

I just checked stats, several more reals and it’s negative even more. In poker winning or losing players shouldn’t matter. It’s a % of rake no matter how well or bad the player does. I just don’t believe that all those reals in poker are playing the free $11 then quiting, I don’t buy it, bonus players in casinos maybe, not poker.

do you have to establish a banking line to get the free $11? because the answer might lie in there.

people get the $11, play. win/lose whatever. then deposit time comes and they get a CC rejecton, so they walk away from the room frustrated.

… just a thought.
