I know BCP is aggressively looking into this but it’s a bigger issue than it seems… I hope they will be able to provide an update as soon as the investigation is completed.
June 30, 2010 at 7:31 am #810937AnonymousGuestInteresting, does anyone know about when GoldenCasino turned to GoCasino? I know I pulled them shortly after that because of bad numbers. Reoccuring revenues are pretty much zilch.
Incidentally, you can only pull up stats from May 2009.

GoldenCasino.com stopped accepting new players on 12/1/2009 … although existing players can still play.
August 10, 2010 at 11:37 pm #811492jackybetMemberIn the position I continued to keep them at hoping they would turn there stuff around I have been receiving less then 4 signups a day. Any other program averages well over 10 a day. Deposit ratio is well terrible and I still don’t think this has been resolved.
I woudn’t recommend this group, If You want similar software and games for your clients go to casinocoins.com

August 14, 2010 at 9:27 am #811562AnonymousInactiveIt’s been 2 months. I don’t see any feedback here from BCP. Has anything been resolved?

Wondering the same. Usually for an issue like this the affiliate manager would surface to communicate to the forum. But I find it strange that no one from BCP stepped up.

September 4, 2010 at 1:16 pm #812010AnonymousInactiveYes, it appears this may have been a bug on someone’s computer rather than an issue on the casino side.
No one has been able to make this happen again, it seems to have only happened to one person. So it stands to reason it was something on that person’s machine.

Two seperate affiliates tested this in this thread (AK and the OP) and got the same result, not just one. Why wouldn’t BCP actually come here and just make a quick post?

This was not a bug on my machine. There is no bug that can do what I observed. And as someone else mentioned in this thread, they tried it and got the same result. I tried it several times from more than one computer before I reported it to BCP. I tried it again after that before I reported it here. I’m sure they’d like to say it was a “bug” on my computer, but the only bug was the one selling/stealing their customer records out the back door for the rival casino. Hopefully they’ve found and squashed that bug.
For what it’s worth, BCP has continued to pay us commissions on the hundreds of players in our account, on time, every month, even though we shut off all traffic back when this was discovered. I wish them the best, but I would never promote them again.
September 14, 2010 at 6:46 am #812155AnonymousInactiveAfter reading through this thread, I think this is a terrible way to end it. I have no trust in BCP now. They couldn’t be bothered to post here, or to explain what their aggressive investigation consisted of? At least the OP of this thread explained step-by-step how he came up with his conclusion. Why couldn’t BCP explain what kind of investigation they’ve done? As far as I’m concerned, I don’t believe they’ve done one, since they haven’t addressed this issue at all.
I’ll never promote them as it stands now.
September 14, 2010 at 2:55 pm #812165AnonymousInactiveI think it is time for us to remove links ! This is not good plus I heard that a good affiliate manager has left this place too
