I hope this doesn’t get moved since it’s a newbie question but I just want to ask the more experience people did having a super generic premium domain help you in the beginning?

If you had the most generic terms for gambling would you have gotten more signups?
Or for those who started with multiple domains, did the better domains bring more revenue?

Great Forum Looking to learn more…

In the dead-center of renovating my site, casinobonusbash. I submitted to
casino directories about 6 times or so and also posted twice in 2 forums

Casinobonusbash.com must have been the best thing I have done for a domain.
No wonder people are storming into my site like a really wet thunderstorm.
I got over 1200 visitors in 6 DAYS. DAYS! NOT months, DAYS!

Now that I,m renovating really heavily, I should soon then see conversions. the site was really a mess the first couple days. Now it should look a whole lot better.

    Hi,

though I’m certainly not a SEOer. I think I know enough to be able to say that of course, having a domain name that reflects the keywords you’re targeting … is going to be of definite help.

….. buying traffic as I have always done … well in my opinion I think I’d have been far better off with a domain name like … oldtennisshoes.com …. perhaps better as an example is godaddy.com. nothing in there about domains but you’re not likely to forget the it.

    if you follow my thinking.

    cheers

    S.
