Tried to get a detailed report – got:

[Error Executing Query : Column name ‘period’ appears more than once in the result column list.]

Some Problem occured with the sqlquery – no records were returned

I just tried the reports in IA and could not get the same message as you. Can you please clear your cache and try again.

I’ve gone to Reports > Earnings Report and selected

Period: Today
Merchant: Ladbrokes – Casino
Aff Sites: All Sites
Display By: All Ticked
report detail level: Detailed

That’s how I get the error. It seems to work when only one box is ticked. I assumed ticking all would show more columns.

Thanks I will take it up with the tech team on Monday. In the mean time you can run the earnings report by selecting the time period by day or by month, instead of having both ticked off.
