Hi, Im promoting FA russian casino client – Goldfishka at my russian website.
Last month I earned about $1,215 usd there.
This month one of my most deposited players who has already deposited about $1000 this month was blocked and added to “fraud”. So, all of his deposits and commissions, I earned, was deleted from my account.
And, today I log in my account and my previous month commission from this player was deleted too!!!! Why, if in terms and conditions are clearly signed – All chargebacks are deducted from the current month earnings! Why my previous month commission was deleted if this player was blocked only in this month?Hi AlexR;
The Fraud column in your stats does not refer to chargebacks, it actually refers to locked accounts.
Please could you PM your Fortune Affiliates account number to me, so I can look into it for you?
