Hello!
Some days ago i’ve noticed that my link to Delano was redirected to RTG. Now it’s redirected to Winward.
Would you be so kind to let us, webmasters, know if there are any news about Delano that we must know? Is it closed forever?

The previous owners have agreed to transfer their traffic to Winward Casino because we have offered to step up and pay
all of their remaining players.It’s a bit complicated, so let me explain exactly what happened:
First, let me be very clear that Winward Casino has NEVER had an ownership interest in Delano Casino.
Winward Casino has been in operation since 1998. We own and operate casino, bingo, and sportsbook properties. We have over 100 employees and are a very solid company. Over the years, we have built a great telecommunications and internet infrastructure at our operations center in Costa Rica, and we provide services to smaller online casino companies for a fee. We offer certain companies customer service support, telephone support, internet hosting, banking, or a complete turnkey solution.
Delano Casino was one of our Customer Service and Hosting clients.
Delano Casino decided to cease operation due to a lack of sufficient players.
Winward Casino Group decided to step in and help the existing Delano Casino players by transferring all Delano account balances into new Winward Casino accounts. We are currently in the process of migrating the Delano Casino database over to Winward Casino. This takes time because the casinos use different software, but the players will have the ability to withdraw their funds shortly.
Winward Casino plans to contact all Delano Casino players soon, however we first had to negotiate a settlement with the former Delano owners. It was not our place, nor did we have the rights, to communicate with the Delano players without their consent.
Again, I want to emphasize that Winward Casino has been in operation since 1998. We provide hundred’s of thousands of players with a safe and entertaining gaming experience. We pride ourselves on our great customer service and our award-winning casino. Honoring the Delano Casino accounts is costing us a lot of money, but we feel it is a good investment because we are certain that the Delano Casino players will be extremely happy with the same superior service Winward Casino players have received since 1998. We expect the former Delano players to continue to wager at Winward Casino for many years to come.
Unfortunately, I don’t have good news for the Delano Casino affiliates.
The previous owners of Delano Casino have closed their business and left Costa Rica. We have voluntarily stepped up and agreed to take on Delano’s players as a goodwill gesture and business investment. However, we don’t have access to any of the affiliate stats and cannot honor any payments due to the Delano affiliates.
If you sign up for a Winward Casino affiliate account, you will be paid for any NEW players you send to Winward Casino. You can be 100% certain that you will always be paid by sending players to us. As I said before, we have been in business since 1998 and we pay our affiliates every month like clockwork.
