do the templates you design ever have backends?

I have a site I am interested in having you design the template for, but it needs a place where I can add the information on pages, and add pages (basic CMS)

No DecentPoker.com dome have any type of backend, its right now only a Design + Domain for sale.

But yes we do make CMS sites as per the requierments.

Lol still kludging up your markup with tables for layout (something which is bad practice for the last 5 years at least).

trying to charge $500 is the funniest bit.

i made it just for sale and not a full website in Tables, if someone need the design in table-less i can do that also but the price will increse.
