Just wondering if you plan on sending my december payment? it’s now the 16th Jan and is unacceptable, most programs pay by the 7th at the latest now.

As per our terms and conditions, we make payments by the 10th working day of the month. Due to the holiday season and all the public holidays, the 10th working day is later than usual and is actually today. As such, payments will be made today.
