Hi Lloyd and Marcia,
It’s the 15th of the month, and you know what that means….Where’s the Cabbage?
January 15, 2007 at 5:09 pm #722617AnonymousInactiveNice picture, Prof!
From our end, payments have been stamped, sealed and delivered. Oh, how we love EOD on the 15th! :capmiami: (that’s Lloyd, Shelli and me)
Should show up in accounts very soon now….
Has anyone ever thought….maybe these are not really big cabbages, but very small people
Later guys,
MarciaJanuary 16, 2007 at 11:32 am #722748AnonymousInactiveWell Marcia,
Someone is sadly neglecting their jobs, since a day later there is still no payment received.
Perhaps it would be good to have things “delivered” on the 14th, so we would receive payments by the 15th, since this method doesn’t seem to be working.

January 16, 2007 at 2:47 pm #722764AnonymousInactiveVery well put Liz.
Marcia it is very frustrating for those of us who count on that payment on the 15th only for it not to show up. I counted on having that payment and now I have waited 24 hours still without getting anything and this has screwed up things for me.
January 16, 2007 at 2:55 pm #722767vladcizsolMemberNo cabbage here yet either…
BUT Marcia and Lloyd always come through so I expect our bowls to be filled today :hattip:
January 16, 2007 at 4:19 pm #722786AnonymousInactiveHi All,
We have been checking into the Neteller payment problem all day. This is the latest update we have received from Proc-Cyber, the financial clearing house – those who directly transfer the payments to the various online wallets (direct quote):
“It is only the Neteller affiliate batch that has not been processed as yet, I have sent the file to Neteller… it is pending on their website waiting to be issued. I phoned Neteller earlier today and they were aware of the “Batch Upload” failure on their website and advised that their IT team were looking into the issue. I will check the account during the course of tomorrow.”We are really REALLY sorry for this inconvenience. Unfortunately we have very little (none) control over Neteller’s computer problems. I hope this will be sorted out asap.
And I swear…. I will never report the cabbage delivered until it’s in your bowls.
Professor, thanks for your kind words of support and confidence.

January 16, 2007 at 4:29 pm #722792AnonymousInactiveIts all ok as long as you double our payments for the delay
January 16, 2007 at 4:49 pm #722798AnonymousInactiveHey allfreechips,
Thanks for adding humor to the situation….. :1circling

January 16, 2007 at 5:35 pm #722809AnonymousInactiveOkay Neteller claims there is no problems on their end and that if the payments were indeed sent they would be in our accounts. Strange…
January 17, 2007 at 4:50 am #722921AnonymousInactiveOkay so this would not be a problem or an issue for me had you guys not of blamed neteller for the problems and totally point responsibilty on them. I was very much counting on this payment and planned accordingly but I still have not seen it.
Neteller was helpful enough to investigate the problem and has informed me there is nothing wrong so right now someone in lying and this I find extremely unacceptable.
January 17, 2007 at 1:23 pm #722974vladcizsolMemberI received my payment this morning via Neteller. :la-de-da:
Thanks Marcia
January 17, 2007 at 1:56 pm #722987AnonymousInactiveI am really glad to hear these payments are starting to come in….
I’m sorry if an earlier post of mine was not clear. It was not my intention to “blame” anyone for the late payments this month. I was trying to explain that there was a problem of connectivity between Proc-Cyber and Neteller. And that is what caused the delay.
We are sensitive to the fact that people depend on receiving their payment on time, and we do our best to live up to our committment to pay on the 15th of the month.

January 17, 2007 at 6:24 pm #723031AnonymousGuestHi all,
I’m so happy to report that this month Brightshare met my expectations of a sponsor who has received the kind of exposure this group has seen for literally years.
Timing is excellent considering they had as of a month or so back, had their exposure cut back simply due to the fact they just hadn’t been performing even close to the next sponsor seeing such exposure.
i know a big part of this is due to the bundling situation which because of the fact that I have as many players here as I do: (this because I believe in these casinos and that enthusiasm carries over in my promotional efforts) …. in the end it always comes down to bottom line as I think most reasonably thinking affs and sponsors will understand and agree …
Kudos to Brightshare for reaching an expected reasonable bottom line which I base on comparison to other programs which enjoy as good/close to …. exposure as their casinos see.
Now I’m faced with the decision as to whether re-instate their exposure to that which I know they are capable of deserving … and only the next few months will dictate the direction where i go with this fact.
anyhow, I’m thrilled to see such a month that reinforces my confidence in this program and I truly hope the next few months will give me reason to increase their exposure … especially in a time when bottom line MUST dictate the exposure of a program simply due to the incredible pressure we affs are currently experiencing caused by the idiots in charge of making law in the states.
I very much hope further consideration is being done in respect to bundling by the powers that be at Brightshare/Jackpot casinos because I can almost promise this quality sponsorship program that their bottom line would benefit from re-thinking the bundling decision and I hope many affs will speak up here in this thread to that respect.
I know Dom has always been right there with me neck-to-neck in my position concerning the bundling policy and I very much feel our position is echoed by other affiliates who also have more than just a few players signed at the Jackpot casinos.
Further to make my point. I have this month a very well respected (and loved) sponsor whom I will remain anonymous in this thread out of respect to not stealing the moment from Brightshare: that has a big winner at one of their casinos. I would be facing a -$2500+ situation if not for them choosing to not bundle. As it is: I am at a +$1250 situation despite one of the casinos having me at a current -$3600+ position.
as it is with their policy, I can proudly promote to my players that I’ve had a huge $10,000+ winner at one of their casinos while still feeling it a smart business decision to leave them in prime spots. Yes I risk that many players will choose to join the casino where the big win has taken place, but I take consolation in the fact that next month I won’t have the worries that by getting many signups at one of their casinos … that I’ll be punished for this fact in respect to what i make from the other casinos in their group.
I so wish the powers-that-be at Jackpot/Brightshare would see the logic and reasoning in this fact and see the bigger picture in such respect.
I hope Brightshare/Jackpot understand I am speaking from a point of view where I truly believe it is to both our benefits they re-think the bundling policy.
Times being what they are: it is increasingly hard to find programs which are considered trustworthy. I consider this one to be but that well-deserved confidence is in the same respect wiped-out due to constant fear that having too many players signed with them will be a negative influence on bottom line.
To summarize: again I say KUDOS to Brightshare/Jackpot Factory for their showing me a month where the bottom line is in accordance to the expectations based on similar programs seeing similar exposure and I hope they understand that if I didn’t see such reason to bother to write this long post … I’d not have bothered.
Thanks folks for your consideration and understanding in this matter.
January 18, 2007 at 11:58 pm #723320AnonymousInactiveMarcia,
I did not get a full amount…
I was about 1/4 of the way to total payment…..
