    Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to give you guys a heads up.

There is a guy from xhttp://ddevelop.com spamming a couple of my sites. He is trying to hustle some design work and uses deceitful tactics to try and get attention.

Please don’t waste time with this clown. If you don’t accept his work after he deceives you into answering him, he starts to insult you. Really very unprofessional.

I will place a copy of the emails below so you can see just how “professional” this guy is:

    Hi Nicolas,

Thank you for replying to my message. I appreciate it. Depending on what you want to achieve, there are alot of options we can consider
    for development.

The XXXXXXXXX.com is extremely valuable and it already has great recognition in the domain community so
deploying a custom made forum targeted to the thousands of people who engage in the activity would be a good option. We can
also make a community around gambling and implement sponsored games, and custom tournaments to make sure visitors keep coming
    back.

Looking at XXXXXXXXX.com I can see you require a clear and modern design to display all the gambling methods. As well as a directory
of the casinos you have reviewed or plan to review which can be easily done using wordpress or other content management solutions.

What did you have in mind?

    Sincerely,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

I like your ideas. I’d give you a shot at working on XXXXXXXXX.com. Just tell me how you would like to work it (servers, resources) and the distribution of revenue that you have in mind.

If that works out, I can hand over XXXXXXXXX.com and a ton of other sites I own (both gambling and non-gambling). I’m less keen on changing XXXXXXXXX.com as that already provides me with some revenue; but if you prove yourself with the forum domain, I’d be glad to work a lot more with you.

    Kind Regards,
    Nicolas

    Hi Daniel,

Ok, I was under the impression that you were looking for a partnership where I would provide the domain and maybe some resources.

As you could imagine, I’m not very excited about sending a lot of money to someone I don’t know, and, as far as I”m concerned, doesn’t have a proven track record.

That being said, I would be willing to risk a certain amount to get this project off the ground.

How much would the minimum you need be?

    Regards,
    Nick

    Hey Nick,

I apologize for the misunderstanding. I have too many self paid projects out there to take on another one.
I have a couple of clients who have used my development services in the past. Although we are a relatively
new company, I have been really busy:

    BuyBestDomains.com
    Re-designing MotorTrade.com,
    Developing MoneyBook.com
    ParadiseHomes.com
    CaliforniaPoker.com
    QuestionInsurance.com
    CompareThemes.com
    InstallThemes.com
    ThemePrices.com
    PerfectGeek.com
And I am in the process of acquiring an entire portfolio of generic domains.

I would need to know what your budget is and see if we can work within the limits of the same.

    Thank you,

    Daniel

Listen, you contacted me, not the other way around.

I normally work with companies I contact to have them help me develop sites. I normally get the contact from people who recommend them to me. Therefore I don’t mind that much throwing good money at projects.

But you contacted me. Now you’re in luck, since I am interested in developing that domain. But let’s get on with it; tell me how much you are looking for and what you plan on spending it on. It would help if you provide a plan of action… if not a business plan.

Don’t get me wrong, I am interested, but I get annoyed when people contact me for money and don’t even know how much or for what they are asking it for. If you want to work with me after contacting me, you better tell me what you want and what you want it for so that I can consider it. If you plan on replying asking for me to establish a budget or tell you what to do after you contacted me; don’t waste your time.

    Hey Nick,

Sorry, I usually want to know what the client is comfortable with when it comes to developing such a domain name. But I estimate this development to cost between $2,000 and $5,000.
We are talking about an amazing custom design for the forum and other features we would need to discuss once the initial stage of the development is finished. Let me know what you think.

    Thank you,

    Daniel

    Hey Nick,

I apologize for the incredibly late reply, I had to replace servers all week due to a failure in our main core.
The $2k estimate is to develop a custom design and install the base forum for that design. After that we
will need to put together the ideas I proposed to you in our previous emails.

The goal would be to have the site ready between Dec. 30th and January 15th. Of course this all depends on how
soon we begin the project. You and I will be working together and you will be given frequent updates of progress.

Everything will be custom made, icons, thread icons, buttons, and various small vBulletin graphics that will complete the custom look.

Let me know what your thoughts are,

    Daniel

    Hi Daniel,

Hhmmmm. I feel you are bullshitting me, and I don’t like bullshit.

You contacted me to, and I quote “develop XXXXXXXXX.com to produce revenue”.

    Next you ask for $2k.

When I ask what you will SPEND it on, you say you will use it to design the site, and put up a forum. Well, that is not spending, that is giving yourself work (albeit you might actually have some minimal design skills). Now how is giving yourself design work qualify as “developing a domain to produce revenue”? When I develop a domain, about 5-10% of budget is for design. The rest is for MARKETING, which is where the money is.

I HAVE a designer, and one that can make a much nicer design than your site. I am a marketeer, and a much better one than you, since I don’t have to go around begging for work, work comes to me, just like my designer, he is always busy, ‘cuz he is good and gets constant referrals; in fact I was referred to him, and I have sent people to him.

Listen, if you SPAM people offering them design work, that is one thing, but being misleading only to waste my time is fucking annoying.

In any case, better luck next time on your hustle. A word to the wise though, make sure to not close doors that in the future, when you are ready to play in the major leagues, are closed because of your actions when you were still wet behind the ears.

You have to be kidding right, I guess the BS is on your side considering how bad that domain name is. If you HAVE a designer, then you should invest in having those two crappy sites brought up to today’s standards.
How am I bullshitting you? You obviously have not a clue how to properly develop a business online, development takes more out of a budget than anything else. The marketing will be viral if you have done a good job
developing it into something that adds value to a visitor, but you seem to forget that since you are a “real marketer”.

Your oblivious to the world that surrounds you buddy, if you honestly call yourself a marketer with those two sites and domain names. Begging for work? lol if I really wanted to develop that shitty domain name I would have offered you $20 and
put up a forum myself. Also, I read that PR you made for the domain name, everyone in the domaining community is LAUGHING at you for claiming such a ridiculous figure for such a crappy domain name. Yet another indication of your foolish
    way of doing business.

How else do you propose developing the domain name? Because if you don’t have a professional developer do the job, it will come out as shitty as your current website which probably makes $5 a month from the two visitors it gets.

Think what you want, it’s not really of my concern. You need to READ the emails I sent you before sending over such a ridiculous response, did I ever say it was going to ONLY cost $2,000 to develop the site? NO, I said it would be at least $2k to $5k (not that you have the money anyway) so next time you ASSUME something about my words, THINK before you press the send button because you just made an ASS out of yourself.

Also, are you playing in the major leagues? LOL I KNOW I own more domain names that will CRUSH your silly forum domain. You don’t even know who I am, how can you make such predictions about this being a con?

Anyway, hope you have a great evening.

    Dan

Yeah, that crazy claim that got me a ton of links… hmmm… do you know what link bait is?

I don’t only own those sites, and an ugly site doesn’t mean it ain’t profitable. I’m not going to tell you what I own and earn, but I make a living without having to go around SPAMING people (which is what you are doing).

If you are so great, then don’t bother with me, go get your millions lol

And if you are really pissed off, write a post in some crappy blog of yours; just make sure to provide your users with a link to show how really mad u r.

and I never said you are a con, that is implicitly illegal, I said you are a hustler.

You really make me laugh, then again that’s what clowns do and get paid to do. There is no way in HELL that shitty site is profitable, unless it makes you more than $10 a month (which should pay for your hosting).
I’m not really mad, just feel sorry for you. It’s incredibly sad to see someone who will ridicule themselves in order to gain a few links for such a pathetic domain name. Yet ANOTHER indication of you being a broke
janitor who thinks or dreams of being a marketer.

Go back to cleaning toilets and get off the boss’s computer because you are only making a fool of yourself by thinking I had any interest in “hustling” you for $2k. And who uses “ain’t” in a sentence anyway? Oh I get it now,
you are a farm boy that has no money and gets paid by the hour… aww good luck buddy hope those four links that you got made your some PPC money to pay for your renewal next year.
