Whatever my issue happens to be I dont see any point in starting a “rant” style thread

But I have 1 simple question can you please answer your phones /emails!!!

I know most people look at the differnt forum posts so just to clarify I dont have any scraper sites or black hat sh*t going on

I just want to clarify that because GP/888 have been mentioned in the last few days
and people might think if I have an issue 2+2 = 5

I also sent you guys an email a week ago and have not received a response.
Could it be that there is something wrong with your routing perhaps?

It has been brought up quite a few times now that you do not seem to answer emails and you guys respond that you did not receive one… maybe something that you should get the IT guys to check into?
Just a suggestion…

We appreciate your feeback, and your suggestion. Note that we believe in the efficiency of our customer service department therefore, please supply us with your username, date of your email, the content and the email address you sent it to, and we will be glad to look into this mater for you.

Also, keep in mind that we do have a tracking system of the emails that come in and out of your system.
