Hi,
I’ve been running a gambling portal for a few days now and I got emailed by someone from 21 Magic Casino asking for me to list their casino. He gave me details about their commission plans and so I decided to search online for them. The problem is, I can’t seem to find any information whatsoever on the 21 Magic Casino affiliate program. Am I being suckered into a scam? What also made me a bit suspicious is that the email domain this person was using is @brookmediaonline.com
If anyone could shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated,
Tim
August 9, 2007 at 1:32 am #745100AnonymousInactivei’ve met someone from brookmedia at CAP Euro and since have listed 21magic casino. it’s a no brainer playtech casino and doesn’t really offer a lot of information but the $1000 bonus is sometimes attractive enough. i think it is actually run in conjuction with casino partners casinos.
i haven’t earned much with them, but got paid once and on time. the person i was working with was Tal and Lee.
you might be able to achieve better results if you work closely with them
hope this helps.

August 14, 2007 at 7:53 am #745509Pol PittMemberHi Tim and all,
I have recently joined 21Magic as an affiliate manager after working for a few years in another Playtec casino. I must tell you- 21 Magic is very real. It a fully licensed Playtec licensee, no scams or problems. We have A LOT of affiliates that can tell you about work with us so have no concerns. If any of you would like referances (like Splinterfree from Jackpot Finder and other sites)- feel free to ask.
As for kwblue’s comment – I can’t disagree. Bad practice is unexcusable and very poor form. I can’t justify what was done in the past because it is plain un-justifyable. I can just tell you how it was.
21Magic was launched in mid 2006 by a group that recruited very aggressive affiliates. Some were too aggressive apparantly and I heard they were spamming the casino very hard. for this reason Playtec took the casino back and it wasn’t marketed for a long while. In 2007 Brook Media Online, the company for whom I work, took on the affiliate marketing of 21Magic (amongst other brands and merchants) and cleaned it up. Today there are many hundreds of affiliates sending traffic and whenever we get a spam complaint (which is quite rare) we find out and kick that affiliate out.
As the affiliate guard dog, you must know that every platform suffers from spammers that disguise themselves as regular affiliates and send normal traffic until they go bad one day. this is my job to weed them out and get good affiliates onto the program.
I am here on the forums and also on my direct email if you’ve got any questions, so feel free to contact me at:
sam@brookmediaonline.com
Thanks and looking forward to working with you,

Excellent point there!
-This Casino definetely does not make players happy, which is why I do not recommend them. Combined with their fishy advertising tactics, they are a definete no-go!Edit: Sorry… I did not see the latest post from Sam before making my post.
Even though the attitude towards advertising may have possibly changed, I still do not see a reason to recommend 21 Magic to any players. The general Playtech customer service is poor and withdrawals are not really fast either.August 15, 2007 at 8:26 am #745596Pol PittMemberTribun and all hi,
Thanks for sharing and lets see what we can improve. you wrote:“-This Casino definetely does not make players happy, which is why I do not recommend them. Combined with their fishy advertising tactics, they are a definete no-go!”
Can you pls elabourate on “does not make players happy”? We constantly upgrade customer support and we’ve had no real issues with any players in the past 6 months (you’re invited to challange us on this point with an actual player number and complaint log and we’ll take care of it).
So I’m not sure what qualifies as making a player happier in a certain casino.
And to your fishy marketing tactics comment – would love to hear more about this as well. Approaching affiliates via their “contact us” page, running an affiliate program and responding to posts makes someone fishy?I welcome all criticism to try to improve, but if you can’t be specific then I’m not sure what the real issue is.
Always here to help,
SamAugust 15, 2007 at 11:45 am #745623AnonymousInactiveSam – I think you know what the ‘fishy tactics’ are. Does Russian Spammers ring a bell???
Many Playtech casinos have used this group and 21 Magic used them when the casino first launched in a HUGE way. 21 Magic rivaled Amber Coast and Hi Roller in their use of this spaming group and may have taken the cake with the amount of emails sent unsolicited.
I would venture to say (without tallying them up) that I received well over a thousand emails myself during this time in the name of 21 Magic.
August 15, 2007 at 8:58 pm #745698CaptainetteMemberHi Sam,
I am not saying that there are actually disputes or complaints, as I in fact have not heard of those anymore either. What I however know is that withdrawals usually take too long at your place and that there is nothing that really attracts players to make continuos deposits, such as a personal Casino host or a good loyalty programm.
In regards to the endless spam emails that were sent out a while ago, I do not think that I need to add any further opinion.August 19, 2007 at 9:11 am #746068Pol PittMemberHi Everyone ,
Once again I’d like to thank you for sharing this important info.
We put a lot of effort in contacting people , without spamming. As I mentioned earlier , 21Magic is a casino in constant drive for improving , and we at Brook Media are doing everything we can to make sure people will get to their site and enjoy it.
Again , even though I had nothing to do with , neither did Brook Media , since it was before we took on marketing 21Magic I still feel a need to apologize for “the endless spam emails that were sent out a while ago” as Tribun rightly noted.
I can assure you that now that we run the online marketing for 21Magic we very strict about not using spamming to acquire players and affiliates .
I hope we can start a new page and build clean and strong future business together .
Thank you for your sharing and listening .Sam David

Thanks for your message!
I need your help in finding out which affiliate it is and kicking him out.
The link isn’t working, can you send me via PM or externally the original Email? Also, do you have screenshoths of the site?
We do not tolerate spam and this is the policy of the new
management. Like any casino, it is hard to deal with all affiliates and
monitor their traffic but if you help, we will find out who he is, and stop his payments because we do not tolerate this, and we do not want this kind of behaviour associated with 21magic casino.
Thanks in advance for your help,
SamJune 26, 2008 at 11:40 am #771180AnonymousInactiveThe link is working fine for me – http://winningsaregalore.com/

I can’t recall getting any mail from you but I’ll check again…
If you ever get one again Please send it directly to me, and I promise I’ll handle it right away. It’s our policy not to tolerate any spammers! Thanks for posting the link again, looked at the it and it’s advertising a Microgaming Casino… I can’t see us on there….
thx
