We are selling a few of nicely ranked, well established web sites. Each have been online for 5 years and have had a constant flow of income.
Without “any” paid advertising these sites till have been taking in 1500 – 2000every month. When we spent money on “paid advertising” we had many 5 figure months over the last couple of years.
They have 1000’s of outgoing links and are submitted monthly to over 8000 search engines and directories.
We will consider ALL “reasonable” offers. As a rule of thumb I have been advised that the way to figure out what to sell any web site for is to multiply the average monthly income by 10 – 15 times. We will be selling these for much less so the return on this investment can be made within just a few months.
For instance; If we sold each site for only 1,000 and the revenue has been 1500 – 2000 per month, the 1,000 investment would be made back within 1 month which is normally unheard of so please take all of this into consideration.
