I’ve recently taken over a poker site (playpoker4free.net) that i was running for a friend and am considering a redesign. I’d appreciate any comments on the current site to aid my decision.
I find the current layout quite restrictive for adding content, the site was originally designed basically as a banner site with very little content. I’m unsure whether to leave it as it is, do a minor layout redesign or go for a full new look.
Also I currently get quite good results in msn for some keywords and am wary that changing the layout could affect my position. Is this likely to happen if the content stay pretty much the same or is added to?
Cheers
Arn

I think you want to keep adding content as well, right now there’s not too many articles (a challenge for me as well! :dozing: ). I think if you just make the colours a little more crisp and beef up the content, you would do fine. I can’t imagine how adding content would hurt your MSN rankings, and if it hurt you in certain terms, it would probably more than balance out on others. Good luck.

I’m working on articles but as you probably know finding the time can be difficult, think i’m going to end up having to buy some.

If you don’t like the colours, that is easy to change.
As per the new space to add content, just move the 120×600 banner to the right and use the left vertical side to place all your content links. -
