Chat InformationPlease wait for a site operator to respond.
Chat InformationYou are now chatting with ‘Gadmille’
Gadmille: Welcome to This is Vegas Live Support. How may I assist you?
Kevin: how long does it take to process a withdrawal at your casino
Gadmille: May I have your email address or login please?
    Kevin: [email protected]
Gadmille: You can withdraw up to $2000 per day and up to $4000 per week. A withdrawal will take 1 to 2 business days to be processed.
Kevin: is there some reason you keep that a secret and not have it posted on your websitedelay delay
Kevin: this is the reason I have never made a deposit
Kevin: send me an email when you guys can find the time to put this IMPORTANT INFO on your website and I might considner depositing

Gadmille: Is there anything else I can help you with?delay delay
    Gadmille: ok
Kevin: lol, and also the reason why I am not going to market your casino as an affiliate
Kevin: you treat me like you could care less

I just don’t get it Justin. Firstly, why on earth a casino would not have the withdrawal information on their website like any other respectable casino has is beyond me. I wonder how many potential players you lose because they have the sentiments as I do in that if a casino doesn’t have this on their website, they are either trying to hide something, or they don’t have their act together in running a professional casino business.

I don’t mean to be beating you up Justin, but this is important information and I can tell you from experience that many avid gamblers always look at the withdrawal times and when they see your casino doesn’t have that posted, it really comes off like you have something to hide or something sneaky going on. I can promise you that you are losing customers because of this. Man, 1-2 days cashout time is gold, someone should be smart enough to be using that as a selling tool and post it on the site instead of hiding it. As a matter of fact, I was just going to join one of the other new casinos listed here, G21 or something. But after I saw that withdrawals take 7 days, onto the next one for me. Pretty easy stuff man, I don’t understand why it comes so hard to casinos bringing in major bucks. I just wonder how much thought goes into the grand scheme of things, or do you casinos just throw the business against the wall and hope it sticks.

Furthermore, I am usually a little testy with a casino first off, mainly because I like to see how they respond to such customers. I do this for all potential affiliate programs I am looking at. It would seem to me that anyone with a clue about customer service would have handled this situation much better, perhaps something like, “Your right Kevin, that is important information to have on the website and I will look into how we can correct this so our players can be well informed prior to making a deposit.” Instead of blowing me off. Little do they know what kind of customer I could have been to the casino. So not only did your rep cost the casino a potential player, some might even consider me a high roller, but also a potential affiliate.

You guys need to get your act together. The money you are leaving on the table is negating some of your profits, and you don’t even know it. I just don’t see how something like this could get overlooked when you have so many people working, you would think it would come to mind to someone that players actually look at things like withdrawal time prior to signing up. For many, it is the deciding factor on depositing or not. This industry has changed, and with the advent of instant withdrawals, players are getting acclamatted to getting their winnings the same day or in a few days, and this is something they are always on the lookout for. Good luck Justin, Im done beating you up lol. I know your casinos are fairly new, which is why it is even more important not to have players get a bad taste in their mouth which seems to spread like a wildfire in this industry.

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I’ve sent this change request to be added to all four casino properties right away.

One other thing I’m going to get the programmers to do, is remove the “Copy” function from LiveChat so that we don’t continue to reveal all our secrets! sneaky.gif

Just kidding Kevin … thanks again.

    Cheers,
    Justin

LOL, that is why I said it like that to the rep. It’s such an absurd way of putting it, “Is it a secret” but it was the only sarcastic phrase I could come up with on a whim that got my point across.

Its a good move to put that on your website Justin. Its also a good move for reps not to brush potential players off. Just a simple comment to me would have gone a long way, instead of ignoring my comments, albeit a little cross by saying “Is there anything else I can help you with”. Perhaps ThisIsVegas would be holding the $3K I went off today to King Solomons and Sci-Fi had she not blown me off. They both told me to thank your rep Gadmille for them for pissing me off so I went to look elsewhere to get some action lol. Ok, Im done man. Not more busting your chops. Good luck.
