    Hi Professor,

Shelley, who arranges payments, tells me your payment was, in fact, rejected. She received the following notice from QuickTender:

“Unfortunately payout to client is not allowed on this site due to legislative restrictions in his/her country prohibiting gambling & betting activities. We are sorry for caused inconveniences.”

Perhaps you should check with Quick Tender re: what the problem could be. And/or be in touch with Shelley at [email protected] to arrange an alternative payment method.

BTW, Shelley sent you an email about this – did you not receive it?

    Thanks,
    Marcia

    Hi Marcia,
No Shelley didnt copy me or advise me there was a problem. I have been receiving payments via Quicktender all month without a problem. I bet she coded the transaction as a player withdrawel or something like that. I have been patiently waiting for several months to get paid. Rather then do email tag and get told my commissions will be sent out with NEXT months payments again can you or Lloyd please step in and ensure I get paid please?

    PLEASE?

Pardon my butting in here, but unless the Prof is actually using QT to make deposits at an online casino, from one of the restricted states, there shouldn’t be a problem. Florida isn’t one of the restricted states.

Lou (or any of us) shouldn’t have to waste time chasing down commission payments. Affiliate programs should take care of this and make sure their affiliates are paid on time each month.

No I dont use my QT for player deposits. Never have so thats not a problem and I dont live in one of the 11 states either.

    Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is relevant or not, but I just wanted to say that QT closed my account several weeks ago for NO reason and they have not responded to my request for an explaination. I’m still waiting on the balance to be sent to my bank from 20 days ago.

I feel that something strange is/may be coming because i’ve never used my account for anything other than receiving affiliate payments. I did transfer funds to my Ecocard once as well as sent funds to a couple other QT members. I’ve never gambled online with it and I’m not in a banned state.

The only thing I that it could be in my case was the fact that I did a withdrawl while in London last month. When I returned to the US and logged in I was locked out.

For Quick Tender to close my account in this manner is alarming to me so I just want to let others know what happened.

Well, it’s not all that alarming actually. The same thing happened to me with Neteller. Multiple country logins raise a major flag with most of them and they will suspend your account. This is not necessarily an indication of anything fishy going on there. It’s much rather a very rigidly enforced policy coupled with crappy communication as I can testify to from my experience with Neteller.

My concern is the lack of communication. There is no excuse for a company that deal with money to ignore a customer. Especially when the customer have funds remaining in the locked account and it’s one of the few methods availiable to me for payment.

I had the same thing happen with Neteller when I logged in outside of the country, but they opened my account within hours after I called them.

Sorry to derail the thread Lou.

    Hi All,

At this point, we’ve requested from DataCash a clarification of why 3 QuickTenders were rejected. We should receive a response on Monday.

The 3 QuickTender rejections we received this month were due to incorrect payment details.

If you have been having difficulty receiving payment (or just want to be sure you don’t in the future), please check your payment details at BrightShare after login – http://www.brightshare.com/affiliate_update_form.php

Especially noting to update EcoCard numbers with your QuickTender number (they look very similar).

And always, always contact Shelley at [email protected] right away if you even suspect a problem.

Sorry for any inconveniences caused by delays,

    Marcia
