What does the commission breakdown graphic on the IA homepage of Score stand for?
October 9, 2013 at 12:41 pm #834880CaptainetteMemberAny info on this?
October 10, 2013 at 3:14 pm #834900dundSocowncesMemberHi Halelovas,
If i am understand the question correctly; you are referring to the box on the upper right hand side of the screen with words “Current Month””Last Month” & “Last 3 Days” on it, correct? That would breakdown the commissions you have received during whatever time frame chosen and show how much of your commissions came from say “clicks””registrations””deposits” depending on what deals you had with the program with a total amount. If you see “No data to display” that would mean that you have no commissions during the selected time frame.
I hope this clarifies things for you.
Cheers,
Marcos

October 11, 2013 at 9:08 am #834909CaptainetteMemberThank you for your input, Marcos. The box is showing numbers which do not make sense to me. I need to ask someone from Score to look into this. Are they still active in this forum, by the way?
October 14, 2013 at 1:05 pm #834929ramlijohorMemberHi,
Apologies for the slow response.
The commission graph just displays the amount of % commission, CPA and Referral commissions made in the current period.
Any other queries let us know!Kind Regards,

October 15, 2013 at 10:54 am #834940CaptainetteMemberHi Matthew,
I just sent you an email.
February 18, 2014 at 5:04 pm #835614CaptainetteMemberAre Ladbrokes Partners still part of this community since the most recent change of their affiliate program?
February 19, 2014 at 6:31 pm #835630CaptainetteMemberApparently Ladbrokes Partners are now carrying over negative commissions. I just realized this as my January earnings were massively reduced!
Due to the quality of their casino and the launch of their new affiliate program I was preparing to promote them again soon, but this is terrible news. If this is true, affiliates should be alerted about these most recent developments.
I also still have not been provided correct statistics for the months prior October 2013, when they were Score still. I understand that there are generally difficulties when changing affiliate platforms but this is getting entirely out of hand.
March 7, 2014 at 12:22 pm #835684CaptainetteMemberI have now been able to get straight answers from Ladbrokes. The graphical statistics in my Score affiliate interface were entirely messed up with incorrect numbers. Ladbrokes apologized for this but according to them amounts of the paid commission were correct.
In regards to the negative carry over, indeed a term that permits them to carry over negative balances in specific cases has been in their t&c since many years. Apparently the NCO was erroneously applied to my account after the platform change to Mexos but this has now been fixed.
The person I spoke to made a professional impression and I will be glad to promote Ladbrokes again due to the quality of their casino.
