you indicate that you are not willing to work this out and continue to make false allegations. As I said, if this was EVER taken to a court of law, you would lose as Clubworld has not once proved in documents or anything from their processors that there were ever any chargebacks to their casinos. I know that because I always used a bank checking account and have the evidence.

If required we can provide this evidence but do not need to on here or any other forum.

I can list here a number of casinos that I play at who have always paid. CasinoTribunal.com has the following to say about Clubworld and has listed them as not recommended online casinos.

As Daera said, CasinoTribunal have a dislike of all RTG’s not just us.

    debbiek;203392 wrote:
That is indeed the problem with Clubworld..there is no professional player dispute service. They just decide to keep your winnings, deposit and close account. Anybody that represents this casino either works directly for them (e.g. Manager) or is a biased affiliate. There should be a objective mediator to resolve these issues. None of this would ever have happened if things were handled that way.

Yawn… how many times, Debbie. Please contact Tom to sort it out. You can check my previous PM or you can see the PM above. I know they are supposed to be kept private but being called for not sending the details is just nuts.

    Please contact Tom.

This is me, signing off (again).

I called Aladdin’s Gold casino at 8:37 PM est on Thursday May 7th 2009. The purpose of the call was to speak to Tom, the manager. Phone number called 1-66-465-7285. The phone rang about 30 times and then went to busy signal. Then went to live chat to speak to someone. This message came up twice:

All operators are currently assisting others. Thanks for your patience. An operator will be with you shortly.

I did finally speak with Steven and asked him to leave message for Tom to return my call.

Steven: It may be best to send a quick email in now and I will forward on to him

    debbie : ok

    Steven: Thank you

Hopefully, some positive communication or resolution to this will occur soon.

It was 1:37am in the office where Tom works when you called. So of course he wouldn’t be in the office at that time.

He works regular business hours, Monday – Friday. They are 5 hours ahead of est. and 8 hours ahead of pst time.

Why don’t you try tomorrow (Friday) early morning? That would make it early afternoon for him and most likely he would be there.

    Daera –

I am really getting tired of your posts in this thread. Your condescending arrogant attitude is quite apparant and consistent.

“It was 1:37am in the office where Tom works when you called. So of course he wouldn’t be in the office at that time”.

Let me remind you that I am from the UNITED STATES. I don’t know where you live but it’s obviously not here. For U.S. customers, 8:30 PM est is a time when many people may be playing online and contact customer service. I work in the mornings and my manager probably wouldn’t appreciate me contacting online casinos during normal business hours.

Your attitude is constantly attacking and defensive. Do not visit this thread if you can’t understand that people in the US work too and have responsible jobs.

    Gawd, you are so pious.

IF you really had a real claim to any money, I have no doubt you’d wake yourself up early to contact Tom. Just another reason I’m screaming bull$hit over this whole matter.

Again…I’ve asked this SEVERAL times…why didn’t you go to Casinomeister to handle this for you. And again…I’ve asked this SEVERAL times…why were you banned from Casinomeister, due to chargebacks?

Duck and dodge all you want. It’s clear as day what you’re all about.

I also explained the time difference to you in an email you and I exchanged a week or so ago.

Debbie, you are crossing the line here and one more comment that includes name calling, i.e. using negative adjectives describing other posters, and I will step in.

You are supposedly here to discuss an issue, not to label other posters.

    Using phrases like

Your condescending arrogant attitude is quite apparant and consistent.

    and

Your attitude is constantly attacking and defensive.

Is uncalled for. We are not here to analyse Daera’s personality, this is a professional forum and these things are NOT allowed.

Consider yourself officially warned as per the posting rules here: http://www.casinoaffiliateprograms.com/bb/showthread.php?p=202970#post202970

I can only hope that any new iGaming members to the forums or lurkers understand that this is a case of someone who needs to really stop gambling and seek help IMO. The CWC group has been around for years I could not say enough good about the entire team there, and I know 100% with no doubt that they run their ship with 100% honesty!!

i won’t be posting in this thread anymore. From the comments and discussion regarding the initial topic, it is best for people like myself to visit land based casinos including Harrahs, Borgata and Ballys where I’m a premium player and treated very well. The culture, immediate payment, hotel rooms and comped meals contribute to the overall entertainment and experience within these licensed gambling establishments.

Many poeple I meet there in the high roller rooms don’t participate at all in online casinos. Probably for good reason. I will follow their suit and only take another look if the US regulates the online gaming environment. When and if Harrahs entertainment enters this market, then I know what their name stands for and it is safe.

Good idea. You’ll TRULY get a taste of what can happen to you LEGALLY when you chargeback to one of these establisments.

i won’t be posting in this thread anymore.

Now THERE is something I can get behind!

    Buh-bye! :hithead:
