Okay, I’ve set up a new payment for next months commission, but for last month we went with Click2Pay. Money has been there since the 7th and we can’t get a dime – NOT a US account either.
Is there anyone out there who has had any luck getting their Non US accounts to give them money? We’re trying to use the debit card. Transferred money over, been a few days now since that and it still won’t give any money from the card.
Anyone having any luck or suggestions for what we might be missing? We have 2 stars on our account.
same problem here, they even don’t reverse my debit card withdrawals…
and I’m not sure about the check I received from them
click2pay is the most annoying e-wallet I deal with.Kat try to deposit it to a reputible poker room or casin from click 2 pay and then see if you can get a cashout by check maybe

Within the last few days a few programs have commented on c2p. Rewards said since players are able to use it to deposit they wont remove it. Referback said its not ideal, but it is an option.

Has anyone gotten a response from them as to why they are not letting us get our monies? Our account is not even USA and we can’t get anything. We’re trying the atm card and it keeps saying funds not available – their answer thus far is that the process is happening just taking longer than usual… mind you it’s been a week since we transferred monies to the card.
it seems to me that they don’t have control over debit card withdrawals.
I called and they replied to my e-mail, reversed a part of funds, but nothing constructive.

There other problem I have with them like rejected payments from sponsors, etc.The same for me. Can anyone who is non from US call them ? I sent them questions but they didn’t answer.
If I don’t receive their reply this week I’ll call them.
I dont understand why people would even consider them based on the games they are playing. No withdraw button, no atm tranfers, slow or no support, I wouldnt give them the chance to take one dime!
Knowing about these games I dont understand why an honest casino would want to associate with them either!

We suggest that you refrain from withdrawing to your debit card until further notice.
Yesterday I saw my money withdrawed to my debit card earlier in my C2P account. They were returned to my account.
I’m glad to see my money again, because I knew nothing about them during 2 weeks. And today I can see them in my account.
I haven’t yet received answers from c2p but I suppose they have some problems with their debit card as mentioned above.
A miracle has happened. My partner in Canada was able to withdraw monies from the debit card today!!
Just wanted to give an FYI to those trying this method.
