You only get certified if you pay the monthly fee.
-Does that mean that Mr. Oliver Curran would be free to promote his shops here, as long as he pays the bill each month?
June 20, 2008 at 8:36 pm #770708beachman1975Memberit’s amazing that you continue to post such nonsense. We told you that we would not hesitate to post the real stats and facts, so here they are for everyone to see. Hopefully people will make up their own minds about listening to your constant and completely unfounded complaints:
We checked the records going back 5 years with ALL the casino partners GamblingWages represents and have the following to report:
You had 2 accounts set up at Cirrus Casino before you were BANNED for Bonus Abuse.
In the first account you made total deposits of $4,120 – every deposit being used for a bonus, and were PAID $4,750 via Neteller. We are also pleased if you want to post the payment confirmations.
Of this payment, you requested that $2,000 be used to set up a new high roller account, which was done.
In this new account you made total deposits of $6,500 (including the $2,000 transfer) – every deposit being used for a bonus, and were PAID $7,610 via Neteller.
So you made total deposits of $11,250, and were PAID $12,360 via Neteller. You MADE a total of $1,110 from these casinos using bonuses given and made no further deposits.
There are no current or past balances or pending payments due to you in any account.
Further, we were told by the casino that you were BANNED for Bonus Abuse on March 8, 2005. Apparently you used multiple accounts for abusing bonuses and coupons.
It is important to note that apparently you are NOT welcome to play and are BANNED at a large number of other casinos as well, based on a long history of bonus abuse.
We are proud to represent our casino partners, and are proud that even though they have had issues with late payments that every player who has ever won money has been paid in full PERIOD. It is unfortunate that this industry attracts many bonus abusers, and we support our casino partners – and ALL casinos – who take action to ban such abuse.

June 21, 2008 at 1:32 am #770723CaptainetteMemberFirstly, it is incredible that this person (Frazier) does not refrain from posting customer’s REAL NAMES in this public forum! I immediately contacted the moderators about this as I happened to read the post relatively soon after it was made.
Action of this kind perfectly displays the type of establishment we are dealing with at Gambling Wages and the Virtual Casino group. I signed up with their casino years ago, and now my full name (first AND last) is showing up in this forum! Terms and Privacy Agreements mean nothing to them.
In regards to my actual casino balance of $5200 that Cirrus have not honored in years, they are constantly changing their excuses about it and implement new ones.
Firstly I am being told by their previous manager that I “would not have been eligible for the bonus that I played“, next they bring up other made up stories and now they claim that “I would have had two accounts with them“.
Fact is that I indeed had two accounts at Cirrus casino, as their previous casino manager wanted to open a new one for me himself after I gained “VIP” player status. My old account was closed simultaneously by the manager and everything Frazier is now blaming me for was requested and done by noone but his own company. It is however true that I played many bonuses with Cirrus Casino and always received my money from them before they decided not to honor the $5200 payment anymore. Cirrus is unable to mention a single term of their casino that I have “broken”, as there simply was none.
I am not getting paid because I used “too many bonuses” with them and their sister casinos! I am not expecting to ever see my money anymore, but will continue to warn players and affiliates about their foul actions.
Professor and CAP members, the constant complaints in this forum and elsewhere about this company can not be tolerated any longer. Affiliates and players are not getting paid, messages ignored and privacy does not exist for them.
-What else still needs to happen??
June 21, 2008 at 7:30 am #770729AnonymousInactiveWhilst this may be a little off the issue of Cirrus Casino – this is just one of many posts that I have read where the casino uses the excuse of “bonus abuser” when all else fails.
Personally I believe that if all online casinos stopped offering bonuses completely then they would all be on an equal footing and it would solve loads of problems…..however if they did, then they would have no excuse not to pay a player so I doubt that will happen. The next solution would be for casinos to give players the option to choose whether they want the bonus or not.
I know that with RTG casinos you have to specifically put in a coupon code so its not automatic but then they should clearly state that if you do take their bonuses then you will be “flagged” as a “bonus abuser”Some casinos – and playtech comes to mind here – automatically credits the player with a bonus which I don’t think is good practise.
All in all I say the casinos should do away with free money and bonuses completely.
June 21, 2008 at 10:09 am #770737CaptainetteMemberTopboss, you are absolutely right.
Cirrus offered me bonuses upon every deposit but now blames me for playing them and do not pay.
This is however not the essence of my post. I know that I will never see my mones from them, but……It is now MUCH more important that Gambling Wages do not keep personal data confidential!
They are purposedly trying to “expose” their critic by posting their full names in public.I just went to Gambling Wages’ website and found the term where they stipulate their “privacy”. It is posted underthis link:
8. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
The Referral Company and GW each agree that each may have access to, and become acquainted with, Confidential Information of the other. The Referral Company and GW each specifically agree not to misuse, misappropriate or disclose any such Confidential Information, directly or indirectly, to any third party.A very similar statement can also be found on Cirrus’ website under “Player Representation and Warranties”:
Your personal identity and account details will remain confidential.
It is no secret that written agreements such as these mean absolutely ZILCH to Gambling Wages.
Until now my private information remained confidential but I do not feel like contributing to a community anymore where careless affiliate managers get to post my full name in public!
This is absolutely NOT acceptable and this person should get banned from the site right away.
