For these chats – I wondered if there was a way you could very simply build a “Remind Me” type button so when you announce a chat I could click it and then when its happening it could alert me or even set a reminder in my outlook calendar…..I asy this because I keep missing these and missed Marcus’ yesterday which I really wanted to join.
Oh and of course the simple answer is to just write it in my diary my self when I see it but that would be just too easy
I’m not sure what optons Vbulletin may have for that, but one option is to use the [Notice] feature that have some good options available in the backend to control who/how/when it’s seen.
It would have to be done by someone with access to the control panel.
Re. the chats, I think that when we have a hot thread, we should schedule a chat on that topic.
It could be announced a day ahead of time in the thread as well as publicly, and everyone participating in the thread could get a mail or pm.
