I get a charge back every month, and i don’t like the way how the chargeback always shows up during the 7 days into each new month and its taken off my previous months earnings. Since ive been promoting CasinoPays heavly i have only had one chargeback in 8 months and i send hundreads of new players there each month, i only send on average 4-8 to wagershare because your only listed on a subpage somewhere but keep getting these damn :flamer: chargebacks.

November 8, 2005 at 10:12 am #675905AnonymousInactiveHi Cyclone and Cagney
The reason that chargebacks appear on accounts in the first week of the following month is that this is when we receive the chargeback data from the payment processors.
We are therefore unable to process the chargeback adjustments during the month in real time and have to run them as a batch at the beginning of the following month. The upside to this delay is that it gives the payment processors time to fully investigate each chargeback which results in several cases of no chargeback happening at all.
I understand your frustration with the chargebacks and you must understand that chargebacks are just as frustrating for us. We are all out of pocket due to fraudulent players and whilst every measure is taken to reduce the risk of chargebacks, it is inevitable that there will always be a percentage of deposits lost to fraud.
Please could both of you email or PM me your affiliate account numbers so I can look into this. In situations where an affiliate account is experiencing high levels of fraudulent transactions it is often due to an organised fraud ring finding a casino via your site(s) so you end up being subject to their activities.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Tim Whyles
