You right march stats sai Charge Back $5,700.00 from that player but what about jan + feb charge backs ??

Also why did my stats stop show deposit from my highrollers after thise starint charge back begin ??
It is players there have deposit big every month the last 2-3 years.

Please also take a look on my deposit stats iam then sure you can se the problem.

Hi Dcbonus;

The issue has been resolved.

The chargeback as you see it appearing in your stats for March is the correct amount. The incorrect amounts from Jan and Feb will be added as an adjustment to your March stats and therefore your next payment will sort out everything.

There were 10 other affiliates affected by this issue and the same shall be happening on their accounts.

Thank you for help find the erros.

But sorry things are still not ok.

1. March is still NOT the correct amount of chargebacks.

2. The BIG chargebacks contune from same player in Apr. Now total $17.478,84 in rong chargebacks from that player.

3. And now also 3 other player accounts show chargebacks there are not correct.
(more chargebacks then players have deposit)

4. Signups on Platinum Play Casino still run super slow?

5. Most players have stop deposit and highrollers are gone at the same time chargeback erros begin.

ALL rong chargebacks come from Non USA Players on 7 Sultans Casino.

Please please put all in to get this BIG erro fixed now.

It kill my biss and living.
