I just got slapped with $18,000 in charge backs – I’m hoping it’s an error but did anyone else get hit with any large charge backs today?
I’ve had a whale at Havana Club for the past 2 months. Must be an old player because we can’t promote that casino anymore. They have made over $100k in purchases this month with no chargebacks so far.
Sorry to hear you got stuck with a fraudulent player. It’s happened to alot of us before and it really hurts. Especially towards the end of the month.
This was a “reporting error” and the $18,000 was just $600. That’s a little more acceptable.
