InactiveWould this help ?
I have friends in canada and overseas that are willing to take “ownership” of my network.
What are the risks of doing this for them (if any)
Thanks!

MemberIf I was to transfer offshore it wouldnt be to Canada or Australia. I would choose a country where online gambling is legal for the citizens of that country.
No use jumping out of the pan and into the fire…

InactiveWhat if you set up a corporation in Belize or somewhere, and then transferred ownership of your sites to the corporation?
Would this work?
I am looking into this today; wondering if anyone has any input on this idea.

InactiveI have that too, Holis, but I don’t think it’s enough to protect me. I want to be shielded by an offshore corporation, in a country where it is a criminal offense for someone to reveal the identity of the owner of the company.
Thanks for the input, Prof.

InactiveSpeaking of Europe, there are only 2 destinations to consider: Malta or Gibraltar, both have legalized and regulated online gambling scene.
You dont even need to visit those to open up a company and let it be the owner of your assets. You might just as well go for a nominee company – so that your name does not appear on any official document whatsoever.
