Who’s all going to CBG weekend this year?
I see CAP just posted a nice piece on it. It’s not too late to register. Personally I think this is the best conference for affiliates. The big ones can be a bit overwhelming even for seasoned affiliates. At CBG the pace is nice and slow so you can get everything done. network and party.
Please take good notes. I found out about it too late to be able to make arrangements with my ‘day job’. I’d love to get to a conference one day and this one was probably the most conveniently located for me.

I heard a rumor that a few thrill seeking affiliate managers were going to go over the falls in a barrel…. might be worth showing up just to see that.

I wanna be at the front of the boat this time, Lenny and Brooke got soaked last year and I want me some of that action.
As usual it was a great conference for me. We heard possibly the best SEO presentation I’ve ever heard focusing on online gaming.
The typical SEO guy will say content content content
Well that doesn’t work for gambling, people don’t share their wins and loses. Nor do they go around telling everyone they gamble everyday. It was just finally nice to hear it from SEO guys who understand what it is we do.
We also got promised a bunch of free content translations which is something we’ve been lacking.
For those of you who missed it, I suggest you make plans now to attend next year. Judy is looking into changing the date to mid July (right after the WSOP) or the first week in August. Either date I’ll be there. Another change that was announced was that the morning session will no longer exist and will be replaced with an afternoon roundtable breakout session. This way we don’t need to sit through something we don’t care about and can be more productive. Did I mention we can also stay out later and drink more

I second that Fonzi. It was a great event with some excellent presentations. My hat off to Colin from Referback for a very informative presentation relating to mobile gaming and the same to Anthony from Fortune Affiliates for an equally solid presentation.
I think it was Fonzi who pushed for the cancelation of the morning session – wonder why that is?..
Hats off to Judy and Dean for yet another great event. I look forward to it all year and Judy, the little lady and I hope you and Dean enjoy the special sauce….lol!!

I think the Chicken with the special sauce helped a bit today Doug!My God yesterday I was so dead I could not even answer the phone last night lol.Can’t imagine the guys who had 22 hours to get back home lol.Was a great weekend ,wish I could say it went off perfect but the AV guy ran off with our laptop and took his projector away about 4 hours early which messed up Mike’s Power Point presentation but he was really great without his Visual Backup.Still tired and need to catch up on my sleep this week !

looking forward to the next one though!We missed you too ,it was really a great weekend .We had a few more Irish guys that certainly helped with the fun!Just wondering who ordered the stripper because poor girl got sent to wrong room ,next year we can take care of that so she gets to final destination lol
