    From the CAP Newswire:

August 25, 2008 (InfoPowa News) — When a professionally run Internet gambling company switches software, players are entitled to expect the transition to be seamless and without delays in normal service — especially in regards to withdrawals. Unfortunately, this was not the experience of at least one player over the past few weeks, who has been at the center of a disappointing responsibility shuttle between Maharajah Club Casino.com and its former Boss Media processor, Webdollar.

Some months back, the player requested a withdrawal of $1,000 from the casino, but was told there would be a delay — presumably due to the casino’s software switch to Cryptologic, which apparently entailed it being offline.

When he persevered, the player was referred by the casino to Boss Media processor Webdollar, who referred the player back to the casino. It was the start of a tennis match-like back-and-forth in which the player claims that nobody seemed to take responsibility for assisting a customer with the payout problem.

Eventually, and in sheer frustration, the player enlisted the aid of the credible Casinomeister free mediation service … but the facility was unable to do its job because there was no response to its attempt to establish a dialogue.

Frustrated and unable to move forward in helping the complainant, the player advocate felt obliged to issue a caution on Maharajah Club, but the player remains unpaid.

InfoPowa attempted to get a casino management response on this incident, but was likewise ignored.
