January 20, 2010 at 11:05 pm #807635AnonymousInactiveI beleive that E-Toro has a special US only offering for the United States that is marketted and handled entirely differently (mindful of the US financial rules?)
The US segment seems to carry a lot more warnings like :
Trading in Foreign Exchange markets might carry rewards but also potential risk of loss. Before conducting any trading, calculate your risk tolerance, make decisions based on your level of trading experience and never trade money that you can’t afford to lose. Any mention of past performance is not indicative of future results.January 21, 2010 at 2:12 am #807643AnonymousInactiveYes, Gooner, they do have a US offering, but as lauferb pointed out, US traders are not under the sphere of their affiliate program. Pure FX trading only for US customers.
January 25, 2010 at 5:20 pm #807783Sonja C.Memberok… I thought a lot how to continue with categorizing the games, tried mind mapping tools and more… eventually I decided to use wiki since it’s the most dynamic tool that can basically present any type of information…
you can see it here
things I want to add are (if you know about these issues please write here or in the wiki)
(with regarding to the regulation aspects) what countries / territories allow operating games and which categories of games?
what is the tax rate for each country / region for each type of game?
Examples:
USA currently does not allow any type of online games
Germany charges X percent tax from revenue from FOBT games
thanks
