    Lets say that you deposited and got a bonus. The wager requirements can be turned off by the Casinos time to time. Everybody should watch out when they have to play the rollovers. Talk to support that you notice the rollovers not changing. I was playing at AC Casino/ Pampers and at SlotMania and Slots.lv when this happened. I played a long time and notice that my wager requirements were not changing. I let support know and in seconds, i notice the difference. It happens allot to me , I don’t know why but first time , fine, I can understand but when it happens and happens. thats a scam. Or when you hit something big and you play and play but the wager requirements goes up and not down. seriously , what are they thinking???? So everybody should watch out. SlotMania and Slot.lv , I contacted support to have the problem fix. Slot.lv, I had to call them. He told me to refresh which I was doing before but did not change. All of this Casinos, I deposited and played. I really don’t think that players will even bother to contact support , it’s the Casinos job to make sure that the system is working. But with AC and Pampers, I’m sorry but they did this many times to me. You can play the whole day and the rollover can either not change or it will go higher. With Slotmania and Slots.lv, i’ll give them the benefit of the doubt because same thing happen to me when I hit $2K at Drakes Casino. It could have been my fault because all the credits before were n/d bonuses. Even with free money, the wager requirments should be working right.

    I hope every CM or Casino operators pay attention and be legit with the rollover system. Thats what happens when you offer way too much different bonuses. Be cautious with the big bonuses like 500% to 700% or bonuses like 1000%. 1000% bonus. thats just too much don’t you think? It’s up to marketing but come on guys, if ppl win, then pay up instead of playing tricks wr saying something else when they actually hit something big.

    No matter how big the money. Lets do business right ppl. I feel and hope that my posting here in CAP will let the management do a better job on fixing this issues. Its better to fix it now then to loose a good depositing client.

    and for Monarchs Online Casino. You guys never learn. How can you not pay peoples winnings? they need to fire the management lady thats in charge in finance. I’m never gonna support Monarchs and their sister sites. they are all doo doo

    I have never in my life had a Casino tell me that I will get paid and the check never came. What legit business do that? who are they to take our money but when we win, they don’t pay. It’s unacceptable for making clients wait for months, Monarchs has the nerves to lie. I HAVE PROOF THAT FINANCE SAID I WILL GET MY CHECK for Christ sakes! It’s been 3 month already. what a joke!

    (Drake and Gossip slots regards to the rewards points and wager requirements can ONLY be checked by making a withdraw from your winnings. The system then will tell you how much you have left to wager) I think they should have a less confusing way so clients don’t get confused with wager requirments from points needed to cashout. other then that, I think both Drake and Gossip Casino is a excellent place to play for reals. For most Casinos, Rewards points can take time to be credited but wager requirements should be instant or refreshed in page so players can see when they can cash out. If your playing for a whole day and you see nothing change from wager requirments, do the math and don’t hesitate to let everybody know. :noel:

    I even went to Monarchs live table games and tried to see on the small cams whos responsible for all this very scandalous non player payment ordeal. Most of the time, you see that person walking around and when you start posting or asking them questions, they will start walking back and forth the dealer. It was a “she” in my case. didnt see the face tho. LADY you need to start paying people!! :thumbsup:

    i went back to AC Casino to play the free chip Steve Woods emailed me with. The wager meters working now. ( No reason to refuse playing when they offer the free chips, it’s not that I hate the Casino, i was done wrong and violated. thats the only reason I posted so they fix the problem.) If AC Casino or Monarchs Online Casino banned me from logging in, then yea, I would be really mad. I think Monarchs is really butthurt with all my evil posting. I emailed them with threatening emails and all types of harassment. But they didnt pay me so they deserve all that? I’m not the only one. anyways, ,I’m done posting about Monarchs. I give up and I also canceled my boat trip to Costa Rica to harass them some more.

    forget my last msg. I found out Monarchs Online Casinos were lying to me about my winnings been processed. they are not legit.

    why you ask?

    1) it’s already been 4 month I havent got my winnings

    2) they don’t email you back

    3) they make their players feel stupid by telling them they can cash out when they corrupt the system to unable the user to withdraw the winning amount. they use all type of tactics and excuses for more delays and just make you wait and wait.

    4) The main owners out there playing golf (leaving some lady in charge) while the scandalous GM thats running that group thinks it’s funny and just ignore their responsibilities and getting really high on drugs probably.

    and so on and so on

    four freaken month and they still keep sending me emails saying my check has been processed.

    and let me add, just like how COOL CAT/PALACE OF CHANCE/Slots of Vegas groups and yes, their entire groups rouged on my personal list. If one of their group of casino don’t like you, they make sure that you get mistreated and they cancel a legit winnings due to matter. I don’t care how big your group is, your DOO DOO and can go lick a pole. take your playersrewardscard with you!

    why I added Cool Cat group of casinos rouged is pretty simple. recently won from Slots of Vegas with a free chip that was credited to me automatically by their system. I didnt put in a code or anything. Slots of Vegas sent me a email telling me to try out the flash version, so I did and when I logged in, the bonus was credited. heres my email:

    and the worst part of it all is that this groups of Casinos are the once offering most of the n/d freebies everywhere in the web. where ever you go, it’s a n/d freebies from Cool Cat. That Cats not COOL! nothing cool cool about this ppl. they offer soo many freebies and expect that a regular person will not claim the freebie twice. GET A LIFE. theres so many casinos out there, a player can forget claiming a n/d bonus twice then they make it seem that the player are just a freeloader. thats whats wrong with this group and makes them really rouged.
