This domain has about 50 unique visitors per day, most of them from direct type ins. Unfortunately I have no time to develop the domain.

hm, I think, you are joking. $10k for a such site. Yes, it’s nice, but it has no alexa, PR.
Well the domain is 4 years old (out of the sandbox) with PR 3, however it had the current page on it since 2003. Just browsed quickly but I could not see many changes since 2003, so I think 10k is a bit much unless the 50 visitors convert very well and [1] actually click [2] actually download [3] actually install [4] actually make an account [5] actually make a deposit. If you’d take a 5% conversion rate for each step I can’t image it generates a lot of money though.
Do enlighten us, I could be wrong ofcourse.
