Sorry,
But, casinoblasters are not full of dynamite. The lack of communication leaves much to be desired.
Unfortunately the poor person at the tail end has been Claudia, who has been more than helpful and very likely left to deal with the flak.
Management has not seen fit to reply to many emails ranging from complaints about the spammer Jeroen Puttermans to stats and lack of payments due, to supposed wire transfers that then arrived by cheque.
What gives? Inability to run a business? I have high tolerance to ineffiency, but Blusters take the cake. Shape up or ship out!
April 21, 2004 at 12:20 pm #648186AnonymousInactivehi deaning I’m real sorry to hear that you

April 21, 2004 at 12:25 pm #648187vladcizsolMemberDean its important to note that the Casino Blasters affiliate program is relatively new and they do not have a huge staff like some of the older programs. This may explain some of the communication issues. Hopefully over time this will improve.
In fairness to the program most of us who have promoted them do well as far as conversions, retention and player values go. They also pay early in the month, every month. Quite frankly I find this more important then a perky and talkative staff.
I think the basics are there for a very effective program. Yes, the communications still need fine tuning, but overall they are one of the best Playtech groups out there.

Claudia has helped us out and things seem to be straightened out. The only thing I have still not received any answers on is this spammer, which now is history so it doesn’t matter.
Professor, I agree with you for the most part but when a dozen emails are sent over 2-3 weeks and NOT ONE REPLY, that’s simply wrong. Yes, honesty and making money with a program is definitely the first priority, communication can lack a bit, a few days to answer, or even a week….but not a few weeks. And if I hadn’t emailed ALL email addresses I could find with a final email begging for a reply, I never would of received one.
We had signed up with CB opting for payment via Neteller, we hadn’t received payment for weeks into April and finally Claudia said it was wired, well we never gave our bank info so I knew that wasn’t possible. The next day (a few days ago) we received a check, which is fine except it took 2 weeks to get here, costs us $ to cash a US check and takes 30 days to clear. So you can see why Dean was a little aggravated, me as well.
That’s all past now and hopefully everything will smooth out. The poker room seems to be converting well for us, so we’re sticking with them for now.
April 22, 2004 at 1:35 am #648217AnonymousInactiveEllen, I did speak to Blasters about Jeroen some time ago and they did remove him at that time.
I did announce that here someplace back then.
This board is getting so busy it’s hard to keep up with everything anymore…

I know you did, I saw it, that wasn’t the point. I emailed them when I started receiving the spam for CB casinos, I expected a reply FROM THEM TO ME. I sent at least 4 emails regarding that jerk spammer asking someone to please let me know if/what was being done about it, I also sent a link to the thread here on CAP so they could read about him incase they didn’t realize what he was capable of.
Then I got spoofed emails saying Dean and I were banning CB, this jerk was making it look like we had emailed everyone telling them to stop promoting CB. I figured they would of replied to me at least acknowledging that email.
None of it makes sense to me, but we do finally have Claudia as a contact so it’s fine now. -
