well the wife wanted to play some casino action so I dowloaded musichall directly with no aff link and we deposited our initial $50.

    questions for the pros here:

    1) Is it normal to require folks to wager 15X the deposit before they can cash out ?

    2) Which casinos have the best (lowest) requirement for cashing out ?

3)The 150% bonus sucked, having this additional account really hits the wallet hard.
We had to wager 15 times whatever we transferred back from the bonus acct to the live acct. This ended up cancelling our initial 400 dollar withdrawl.

As an aside, I hit a 1k jackpot and we eventually cleared the 7K today to withdrawl the $400 we had initially tried to last week.

I know its my fault for not reading the TNC closer, but jeez… the bonus deal looks good on paper till you see IF you get lucky and win on the bonus acct ( I did!) and transfer money back, you have to requalify all over to withdrawl.

I will not be redepositing with this casino over this issue. I do not want to send my customers in blind to this fact.

    Comments ?

    Thanks!

Most casinos do have a wagering requirement, and 15X isn’t unusual. I think the Party Gaming casinos (Starluck and Planet Luck) have low wagering requirements.

I don’t like bonuses and routinely refuse them.

More and more players feel that way – there is a thread at Meister about that.

Increasingly bonuses are only good for those who are versed in squeezing every penny out of them – gaining the bonus amount to withdraw.

I consider them traps anymore – I have a lot of novice players and none of them like bonuses, all feel that it ruins all the fun. If you win, you get trapped into playing and playing until you lose it all.

That is not good business. A happy player is a repeat player. Bonuses are lousy for retention every way you look at it. Casinos should be heavy on loyalty rewards instead.
