Laurent,
Please have your ‘team’ tell us the real reason why 21 Magic is spamming everyone? 21 Magic, as shown below, is either a skin of Casino Tropez or is just a casino of your using their CERT.
I have the proof of this communication (any Real Player Authentication) going through your servers for Casino Tropez. This is just another way for you to get your spam in and ruin the damn industry and I am a bit sick of it already.
Here is the proof… I have more details if needed.

Check out the blue colored section and you will see what I mean.

September 12, 2006 at 7:00 pm #705770AnonymousInactiveI received about 4 emails this morning for 21 Magic, unsolicited, and unknown.
And I’m not a big Tropez fan at all anyway.
September 13, 2006 at 10:32 am #705851AnonymousInactiveFrickin hell I got tons of them as well. Seems like my decision to write a little rogue post was wise.
September 14, 2006 at 12:20 am #705933AnonymousInactive— I’ve removed this comment, pending judgement on how this investigation turns out —
September 14, 2006 at 8:35 am #705958AnonymousInactiveI was hitted by the spam as much as you guys did. I looked at the screeshot, asked our tech team to look at it. Some of the network services that are used by our casinos are managed by playtech. What you saw is an example of it. I wouldn’t be suprised if you were finding more casinos, not necessarly related to our client’s brands, using the same services/servers.
I can assure you that the brand isn’t ours and isn’t related to our clients in any shape or form.
Now, i’m not going to fight with you as you seem to be pretty certain of what you think.

September 14, 2006 at 9:17 am #705960AnonymousInactiveLaurent,
If you’re saying that this latest wave of spam isn’t anything to do with Casino Partners, then do you have any idea who it *is* connected with?
September 14, 2006 at 11:48 am #705973AnonymousInactiveNo idea. I know that til now the spam was sent to ambercoast which i think is associated with casino pays, but this one is new.
September 14, 2006 at 1:52 pm #705994AnonymousInactiveok. I’m quite interested in how they could use your SSL Cert (Casino Tropez, as shown) without your request (as that is NOT how SSL Certs work).
However – I will look furthur into the Playtech end of things when I return and I appreciate your quick response.
September 14, 2006 at 2:03 pm #705997AnonymousInactiveI find relying on some of your tech teams for giving insight is not always a good thing. Some of us on this board are highly technical and I believe Kwblue has a valid point worth answering.
But perhaps this should wait until the CAC is finished. greek39/
September 14, 2006 at 5:04 pm #706040AnonymousInactiveWe’re a 400+ people organisation spreaded in several countries. Finding out what services are running on that server or who manages the server isn’t so easy, especially when this service is being managed by our software provider.
We’re looking into it, and making sure this casino and any other casinos aren’t using any of the resources that are supposed to be dedicated to us, but then it might not be 100% our call as it’s a service provided by our supplier.
Anyway, I’ll be back here with more info.
LaurentSeptember 14, 2006 at 6:05 pm #706057AnonymousInactiveI appreciate the help. Maybe between the two of us, we can figure out what is going on here.
September 14, 2006 at 11:56 pm #706079AnonymousInactiveThank you laurent communication is always appreciated.

September 16, 2006 at 2:03 am #706181AnonymousInactiveLaurent, perhaps you might have a bit more success in contacting Playtech and trying to their help, than the affiliates such as Fictionnet, who haven’t had any luck with them. At the end of the day it appears you are being dragged into this sorry mess because of a common software provider and there is a risk to the Casino Partners name.
September 17, 2006 at 8:29 am #706268AnonymousInactiveI agree.
Status is that we complained, giving them ton of spam emails received through the company. Obviously they can’t give me any names/companies, but i understood they’re very pissed off and they might pull the plug.I’ll keep updating you…
LaurentSeptember 17, 2006 at 4:56 pm #706306AnonymousInactiveThis is excellent news, Laurent.
Looks like this sunday morning is bringing loots of positive news for a change. :colgate:
